I am not a Dr but the lord healed me in 2008 of the mania, later of the medicine, im not sure if this platform lets me discuss medical advice i do take natural vitamins and have changed my diet to more healthy food praying the Lord help you to He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all you can ask or think❤️🙏🏻🙌🏻👑

Were you taking lithium for your medication and how much per day if you did? Can you list the vitamins you are taking and why you are taking them? What did you change in your diet? any help would be appreciated. thank you
