This is SO good!! I have struggled years with chronic back pain, & have had hands laid on me & every kind of doctor and procedure possible & now that there is nothing physical found to heal, trying to heal within my mind from past traumas. All that to say, this was comforting to hear. You hear of miraculous healings & it's wonderful 🙌🏽 but also think is my faith not strong enough? I've been learning to ask how can You use this for Your glory God. I love Katy's story and pray for continued healing and blessings over her and this Worship Together ministry in Jesus' name ❤️

praying for u!! 💜🙏🙏 I also struggle w chronic pain n it took them years to find out what was causing my back pain, even though it eventually showed on scans it didn't for a long time n it took the right Dr to do the right blood test to learn what was going on so don't give up hope. 💗 I know it's so hard esp when they don't know why something is happening. Praying God would heal you and restore you! And that He would give you peace, comfort n strength always! In Jesus's Mighty Name Amen 🙏🙏 I really hope u find some answers n relief soon! 💜

Praise GOD! Love Katy's music! I met someone who had a child with this kind of scoliosis when I installed satellite for DirecTV many years ago. It looked so painful. Their daughter had the greatest attitude in spite of her severe pain and multiple surgeries.

This song has choked my life. When I'm beyond dark I hear this and I can go on just a little bit more. Some days I listen to it over and over! Thank you!!

Katy, very inspiring testimony. I've the the song, "God is in this story, God is in every details ". Hearing this testimony behind this song is very inspirational and encouragement to trust in Almighty God more.

Romans 8:11 says if we are born again we have the same power that raised Jesus from the dead living inside of us and 1 Peter 2:24 says that by His stripes we are healed. We need to use our authority and speak healing to our bodies. Mark 11:23 speak to your mountain (pain) and believe and do not doubt you will have what you say. God gave us the power and authority. Be healed in Jesus Name. God’s will is always for us to be healed. Your songs are such a blessing.

I have a 2 year old great-niece, Ella Rae, with spina bifida. After listening to this story, I shared it with Ella’s mom, Lauren. I know it will be an inspiration to her and I believe that lol have a life of testimony as well. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful message.

I have dealt with my share of physical and emotional pain due to some congenital hip issues that the surgery did all it could do for me. In my adult life, I have had a lot of physical therapy. I know what it is like to have pain. I also know that God is Good and continues to take care of me and helps my mind heal over and over. Thanks Katy.

Hey Katy ! Your story is inspiring! I have Scoliosis too and had surgeries. I actually had rod removal many years after my original surgery..I had a secondary condition called Flatback Syndrome which caused me to lean forward. I traveled from my home in Mississippi to Texas for revision/ spinal reconstruction surgery. In my case I had to have them put back in .Oh I have a cousin who also had rod removal and he's doing great without rods too! He actually lives in Nashville as well and is also a musician! He's probably in his 30s I'm thinking. Small world ❤❤❤ * I forgot to add my oldest granddaughter has Scoliosis ( no surgery yet) and she sings solos in church opening the worship service... she's 16,! ❤❤

I tell God sometimes in my prayer time "It's me, God, the needy one!" 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙏🙏🙏🤣🤣🤣 Seriously though, often I think of the verse, Song of Solomon 8:5a "Who is this coming up out of the wilderness, leaning upon her beloved?" And I know that there is no coming out of my "wilderness" places until I've learned to lean on Him. Whether that's a specific chapter of my life or just the existence this side of eternity. Then recently I have had the thought that truly leaning on Him looks like a backdrop of some kind of brokenness. And that's what it takes, right? From independence to fully depending on Him and "Knowing Him in the fellowship of His sufferings" 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏 God bless!!!!

This is such a powerful interview. Thank you so much for your willingness to be transparent. Such an encouraging word and reminder that He works through the pain. I sang as a kid in church, becoming a voice major and continued singing in church as an adult, desiring to write my own songs. Then I started losing my voice, the channel I used to minister from my pain. Since then, I feel the Lord has been shifting me in a new direction while battling my own health issues. Writing seems to be finding a new platform. It hasn't been easy, but I'm so grateful, because He's in the center of it all. I've had my low days with so many questions, but like what was said here in this interview, sometimes the miracle comes from getting a new perspective. Thank you.

Needed to hear this today, going through a sickness and it gets hard sometimes. But I stand on God’s promise in Romans 8:28, For we know that God works all things good for those who love him and have been called according to his purpose.

My apologies for what you're going through, always remember as long as you love God and Jesus truly, they will be there for you and God will help you in his time, you just need to be patient, also may I direct you to God's creation known as "herbs" which can help with conditions people have. I would advise you to look into it, unfortunately i cannot recommend as I'd get into trouble for giving advice but look up your condition against the herbs that can help or speak to someone who is qualified. Yeah I've been like that for a while now if this is what my life is I really don't want to live anymore. And it's a struggle every single day I just have to forget everything and just get up, go to work I work at night and I work alone, so it's just me and my thoughts and my thoughts are all negative. And I've been going through this for years. I just wanted to end. I have no more family they all die, Samoa managed to push all my friends away like years ago so I don't have anybody I can even talk to her call. Everyday it's just a major major struggle not drive my car 100 mi an hour into a wall or a bridge. Literally nothing helps and I prayed over and over again it just does absolutely nothing.

I hope that Katy will stick with the fact that normal is NOT coming back but Jesus is. The rapture is imminent. I was suicidal for nine months back in 2005 because of God telling me my husband was committing adultery, but then the Lord Jesus made me born again. In 2017 He started giving me rapture dreams, and told me to do videos. It's exciting that we are His bride who will be caught up to meet Jesus in the air. Jesus is Lord. Maranatha, Come quickly Lord Jesus.
