The way Margot steams in and tidies Jerry up is priceless!!! 😂
Margot is magnificent when she angry. Like a galleon in full sail.
Especially how Paul stuffs his handkerchief in his mouth..you can see his mouth quivering before he says 'Disgusting!'
Some of the funniest scenes with the magnificent Paul Eddington are simply facial expressions- fantastic actor!
Peeny and Paul?? ehm what?? Margo pausing before uttering her teacher's "vulgar" comment & then Jerry stuffing that hanky in his mouth was priceless...haha i love this show!!!!

Jerry is by far the nicest person in this series. Tom is thoughtless and selfish most of the time, Margot really is too Thatcherite and snobbish to bear with, and Barbara is too much of the good little woman. But I still love it!

Agree mostly, Tom and Margo seem to be male/female equivalents, but I feel it's a bit the other way around with Jerry and Barbara. They're less dominant than the other two, but they do speak up when they really feel strongly about something, Barbara more so than Jerry. In this sense I can't see her so much as the good little woman, she gets her way when it really matters.
