With God all things are possible!!! It's been along time waiting for my husband to get excited over the scriptures, It's just recently happened! I have literally been in tears wanting to share the gospel with my husband. Don't get me wrong he changed many things year's ago and has always had a tried in his own way, but now he wants God's.He always listened before but the true fire within wasn't there. I knew he loved God but just wasn't diligent in his effort to seek the knowledge or scriptures, This last week it's been so amazing with him, he reads with our son and I everyday now and we speak all about God, he is not so zoned out and knows that he must write it on his heart and not just his mind. Praise the Lord! I really just am so happy to see this. God is good 😊

It is good for professing believers to be baptized. Are you against water baptism? It sounds like you are not but only against the trusting in baptism for salvation. If so, I agree.

We have to watch our words because some people will read this and think being charming is godly but there is no godly charm you feel me. You just have to speak what God says and that’s it.

No. Faith in Jesus removes sins. Baptism is an outward confirmation of your faith. There are people who get baptized but never receive God's salvation and the Holy Spirit(relying on works), but all who truly believes in Christ are saved and receive the Holy Spirit.

But I can tell you from personal experience that January of this year I come in a full covenant with GOD and was baptized and I felt lead by the Holy Spirit to do it. Every since I did that God had taken my walk and worship along with my intimacy to a whole nother level with God Jesus and the Holt Spirit. I will pray that God will give you revelation with this. Dear Benjamin, child of God, There are always 2 levels in Christianity. The body level baptism by water is what men give and is a loud proclamation of your repentance and acceptance of Jesus as Christ. What Peter refers is the spiritual baptism, which is of /by ( Jesus the living ) water and (holy spirit) . In this event related to rebirth NO MAN HAS ANY CONTROL OR SAY. So the stages or steps are 1. Acceptance of self as sinner and repentance 2. Water baptism ( optional to few exceptions) as public declaration. 3. Rebirth or regeneration in to the kingdom of God as a spiritual baby by the Water ( Jesus) and Spirit ( Holy spirit) 3. Sanctification. Growing or becoming like Jesus ( asymptotically) as seperated one, which is again not by the individual or my any other man but Jesus Christ and the Holy spirit working within you and you are continuously offering yourself to get changed, i.e. to become holy.

@Benjamin it’s preferred and a symbol of being “born again” but in the end it’s just another work and as we know we are not saved by works but by faith. God will eventually lead you to get baptized, whenever you’re ready.

There is no sexual intercourse or romantic love in heaven, but there is intimate friendship, siblinghood, and the union with Jesus. Men and women will still enjoy each other's masculine and feminine character even without sexual intercourse. There is no childbearing in heaven, but there is a name and place better than sons and daughters and an enormous family in Jesus. The desire for sexual intercourse and childbearing will pass away and you will enjoy the other things of heaven without feelings of deprivation for the things you once had desires for.

yes, you are correct, but.... Heaven is not the final place. Heaven is just the inbetween. We will be inhabitants to the New Earth after God has destroyed our current Earth and defeated Satan. On the New Earth we do not know what will be or wont be. There very well may be romantic relations and such.

If a man walks in faith with God, God will protect that man from any woman who wants to divorce rape him. If she is no good for him, God will find a way to remove her. Yes, he has to be discerning, but we are much better off with God watching our backs than without. She must also walk in faith as well. They cannot be unequally yoked. If you believe in Jesus, and she doesn't, then that should already be the first red flag.

Off topic question but I need understanding. I go to a church(non denomination) and they are all about Jesus they teach repentance and turning to Christ they teach love etc etc but they speak in “babble tongues” I personally don’t have a problem I do believe in tongues but I don’t understand it is this a HUGE problem or?

@Damon H yes they teach and believe in everything you just said but they speak tongues anywhere which I don’t agree with personally. But the crazy thing about it for is me, I know God lead me to this church bc I was praying for something and I got that something so regarding the tongues etc I be praying for understanding but I remain fixed on what they are fixed in “soul winning” I’ve never seen a church so dedicated to spreading Jesus name to unbelievers and disciplining them first hand. It’s AMAZING

I think his point was that, any of those things, while okay, are not a substitute for leading your husband to the Lord, which is your foremost responsibility. Make sure you are doing that foremost, and all those other things will fall into their proper place.

@@Benjamin-un1wl Romans 10:9-10 says: if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved." There is no indication that baptism has any inherent saving ability. Rather, it is an outward symbol of inward change. It is something we do out of obedience, but the water itself has no power of salvation, only God himself does.

"The Godly Woman’s Charm" Kind Sir...YES, Born Again Christian women; are a "Woman's Charm"...Sadly however... ...they are very few to find in this world today! Because EVER since the Governments; gave women the power to Rule OVER men (which is NOT what Jesus (God) commanded. For Jesus said this in...Genesis 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. Because Eve committed a horrible, and an Abominable Sin; in disobeying what Jesus told Adam. And she seduced Adam! Thus... Sadly, where can one find a woman; any where in this now "Cesspool of a Dunghill World"; that will let her husband rule over her? Huh? Sad, but OH so true.
