When you got "November 23rd" on the Spirit Box, that prompted me to do a little research. Here's what I found: November 23rd, 1863 marked the Battle of Chattanooga's start date. It was a three day long conflict Union troops were consistently pushing back Confederate troops away from Chattanooga, Tennessee, and into Georgia. After that battle ended, it set the stage for Union General William T. Sherman’s triumphant march to the sea. So, in a way, that's probably some of the most compelling evidence I've heard come from the Spirit Box in all my years watching paranormal shows like this. Sure, that could have been a radio station coming through, since that sweeps through AM/FM signals. But the fact that you were in Gettysburg, and you heard that was quite the coincidence.

Only problem is that the Confederate soldier would have died about 4 months before the Chattanooga Campaign. I believe he is referring to Lincoln's speech in Gettysburg on November 23rd 1863.

I love that you can see Ryan’s pants are held together with safety pins when he sits on the bed. Those pants are designed to be used with suspenders, it’s remarkable he didn’t just walk out of his pants at any point during this.

i’ve been to this place multiple times, it definitely is a very scary place. i’m so excited they finally did one on gettysburg. this place made me a bigger believer than i was before

I've been to Gettysburg. While it is extremely beautiful with its rolling hills of green and tall trees, there is definitely something so haunting about it. Of course the fact that so many men lost their lives there was heartwrenching to think about. But there was something else about the place, some other feeling, some other emotion, that I can't quite name but I know is negative. It feels heavy, but then as if everything around you could suddenly spring to life and attack you. I'm typically very brave, a thrill-seeker at heart, who spends a lot of time hiking and camping alone in the woods, sometimes explores abandoned buildings, and I don't believe in ghosts. However, Gettysburg is the one place I would never be seen alone--especially at night.

I love visiting Gettysburg with my family and it's one of my favourite historical sites. I've been there probably about 4-5 times and plan on going again soon. However, the last time I was there (a few years) ago, my family and I went on a tour through downtown Gettysburg and I got this really uncomfortable feeling around one of the churches (a fire had occurred though I don't remember if anyone had passed in the incident); I just had the distinct feeling that we needed to leave and all of a sudden, the weather started acting up (it started storming) and the rest of the tour was cancelled. That was the only time I felt uncomfortable in Gettysburg; I have went to the museum, the battlefield, Little Round Top, and Devils Den, but never felt uncomfortable; only that church downtown.

This feels only slightly less chaotic than the goatman episode.

old comment, but they *do* spend a lot of time on it, there's just a lot of nothing that gets cut out. they talk abt their production in the supernatural documentary, postmortems/debriefs, and the "almost 70th episode retrospective" if u wanna know more. basically tho, they shoot from sunset til sunrise. ghost files' final cuts are longer, but they film abt the same length

I feel like a lot of the show that gets put in is the flashy stuff or them yelling and being funny (which is why people watch so it’s understandable) but I wish they’d do like an “uncut” version and just upload the entire investigation or the pieces they cut. especially when there’s seemingly active areas. I’d watch the whole thing 😂
