This system is going to be great for your dairy business. You’ve made some major improvements to your farm in the last few years. Next project, build a proper office. The cows have it better than you now.

Luke certainly knows his stuff, you were lucky when he started working with you. You have created an excellent system.Good luck.
Socks getting scratches and love is soooo sweet. You can tell how happy and well looked after your animals are. Is so nice to see!
Well done🎉🎉I Bravo to Luke for all his hard work!
Congratulations Tom, I was wondering how long has Luke been working for you. He is a huge asset to your farm. He seems to absolutely love working for your family.
What an outstanding hire Luke has become. You hit the lottery when he arrived. 👍
I'm so excited for these next few videos! The build up has been huge. Congratulations on all you have achieved Tom and Family

Love that Tilly shares my race number. Legend
The new collars are amazing. I love the technology. Being able to track the cows is going to be so useful.
Luke, today's hero. He's worth his weight in gold 😊😊 i'm sure he's lost weight. Great team Tom. Great to see the collars on. Getting better and better. 👌👌👌👌💕💕

You must be so happy to have a worker like Luke and excellent video tom
Wow that’s great! Congrats Tom. Who thinks Tom now needs an office makeover! Luke is an amazing partner in the barns. He has so much knowledge to help. A hard worker. This collar system will be an amazing tool to keep you informed.

No. Let’s get back to what Tom really likes. Farming. True farming. Well done Tom Ging’ and family. 👏👏
Even setting aside how useful the collars are in every way, from all the data used in keeping them healthy to something as simple as being able to see who's who from a distance, I can't get over how cute the ladies look in their fancy new jewelry!
This technology and system IS the dream!!!. 21st century dairy farming, So excited for you and the milking staff. And Luke already knew how it worked so the learning curve won’t be so steep. Oh happy days for you and the girlies.
Who knew they had so many wonderful ways to keep track of your cows health they’re eating that’s wonderful and it takes such a load off of you because you can’t be out there constantly watching them eat or not. Well you’ve got a bunch of happy cows now because they are being taken care of beautifully. You’re a good farmer and I know you’re happy happy happy.
This is fabulous! Catching your Ladies as they are just feeling ill and treating her quicker is amazing! Can’t wait for the next video!
Tom you are the only content creator I watch that makes me genuinely sad when the video ends. Thank you for this amazing content!
Well done Tom and the team All that hard work has paid off. Best wishes and a speedy recovery to the ginger guy.
Like having an extra expert cowman/woman watching your cows 24/7. The amount of information and improvement you can get from this is amazing.
Those collers are definitely a game changer, your cows were well looked after and loved before now they're going to get even better attention. 👍
The suspense is killing me Tom , stop teasing us with everything 😂👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I hadn’t realised how much the collars would monitor, I thought they would mainly be for how much ration each cow got and her yield, monitoring health and bulling is so interesting. I would never be able to move away from the computer checking up on everything and looking at the stats. Fascinating. Really looking forward to Fridays video and the new parlour in use.
Congratulations on the collars! Really great to see how much they can tell you. Knowledge is power (and health and welfare and production)!
If/when/ ever you build a new office get a larger screen just for the collar displays.
They will make a massive difference Tom, Andrew who you were trying (badly) to imitate has had them about a year and the info he's getting from them has been awesome especially picking up cows in heat that aren't showing

Yes Andrews great I've been following him for over a year and we often exchange comments or private messages I was forced to give up farming in the 90s after major foot surgery but its still in my blood so I get my fix from watching all you guys and it gives me so much joy to be able to do that

If you are running Nigel (Aberdeen Angus Bull) with the herd for most of the year, how are you getting sufficient Jersey cross heifers to replace your cull cows ?? Or is it a 3 way cross that you have? Please talk more about your breeding decisions, perhaps Luke could do it?
It is amazing all the data you get from the collars!!! The ladies have been very well cared for but the collars means you will be able to catch some things quicker before it has a negative affect on the cows! Unbelievable! An amazing system! I don’t know if you are behind with the video or up to date. Have the ladies been in the parlour yet? If not, did you like my idea of playing the music “Ride of The Valkyries” as the ladies enter? Farming has to be one of the hardest jobs to do! You are busy from sun up to sun down. Quite often they don’t even take vacations like other people do, depending on their backup help! It is not an easy life because it involves not just the farmer but the farmer’s family, whether they want to do it or not. Lol. The most important point is that almost everybody relies on the farms to feed themselves and their families. Where would we be without the farms and farmers and people that help or work for them and the industry? I believe the rest of us would be screwed!
How amazing is that Program!!! Luke is Brillant n an amazing Driver!!! Definitely who you want Backstopping you Tom! Great Team.
So pleased for you all. Exciting times and you’re now able to see at a glance how your cows are doing ❤❤
Get a cheap giant roll of cling film for your monitor. 1 wrap around will last about 2 days in the summer. Whip it off and on with a clean wrap.
Man, your operation has just exploded in the last few years, hasn’t it? You used to have a simple dairy farm, with a few beef cattle thrown in. Now you’re an upgraded, techno superior farm extravaganza. (You’ve advanced to the point that I don’t think I understood a thing you were on about in the last 5 minutes of the video. (72 here mind and done with technology.) Big congratulations to you my son!!! 👍👍👍
Congrats to you and Joanne and the new little one.🎉🎉
Glad to hear that every thing is going to plan for you and the collars that the cows are wearing are giving you so much information about them as to what they are doing
That 09 cow had a glorious coat on her! Healthy girl
This reminds me of an incident with my cats. I had six cats at that time & got them collars that wouldn't strangle them if they got caught on something. One cat learned how to undo his collar & then helped every other cat take off their collar. I put them back on the cat that did the same thing lol
Congratulations, Tom!!! It is so satisfying to see you achieving goals you have had for so long! And to see it benefiting you immediately is just amazing!!! ❤
This whole parlour build and all the things that went with it has been really great to watch. Can’t wait for the next few videos
I just keep getting more and more addicted!! So exciting to see all the new things.
We put 7 delaval robots in this Feb and we had the chance to get blue I'd tags cause they were new and we were basically testing it. It's a little tag in there ear that tells us where the cow is in our barn and if there healthy or in heat.we really love them
Like is amazing partner he is very helpful. .
Really loved the data being captured by your new system. Very informative and allows you to maintain your cows better, and increases your reaction time to better service your cows when needed. Well done!!
Excellent driving, Luke! Very impressive backing into that tight spot!
its great got them on my farm. we have pick up on a lot of sick cows with that system in.
Love seeing bringing in technology on the farm. Any efficiency increase is a good thing.
This is so exciting, can't wait to see everything up and running 100%. It's so important to see how & where our milk and beef comes from. I hope the farmers in Canada take such good care of their cows. Love your channel Tom, Joanna and the Ginger Guy!!!!
Those collars look like once you have them you would wonder how you managed without them. Data looks incredible
Loving the technology and the air of excitement around the farm as you and the team implement this latest asset to the farm. It's going to make life a lot easier for both you and the cows!
BRILLIANT again Tom cheers
You have a little 2 yr old fan here in the states LOLLL! We live on a farm and have highland cows. He loves cows! Whenever I need my two year old to sit still, I can turn your videos on 😁 I can justify because it's educational 👍 this mom appreciates your videos A LOT! 😂
Gotta love technology hope it works out well for u Tom
The agony of the wait until Friday and the new parlour reveal!!! 🤯😆😀 I would buy merch if it had my favourite cow number on it 212 💕 So great to see your shoulders lifting and the technology advancements. Changing nappies will be a breeze in comparison to the complexities of this new build. Take care and rest when you can 😘
As you have dyslexia, it's alot to take in computer stuff but well done. So much change in a short time for you and yr family and the staff also the Herd.. Well happy for you all. Enjoy the time watching em... 😊😊😊
Its all coming together now all the stress has been worth it should make things a lot easier good luck
just shows you how good Luke is , he must be a fantastic asset for the farm Tom , your lucky to have him i would think , that office needs a sorting i would say , I don't mean that in a bad way as you guys have been so so busy , now with all that new kit in it and dust won,t do the computer much good , can,t wait to see the new parlor in action and how much faster it will be 😀
Think the huge smile on your face says it all, congratulations and well done to ALL involved for getting you and your family to this stage 👍🏻😀
On the heat detection screen if you click on downward pointing arrow to the right of actions box it will show you how active bulling cows have been in a graph
I enjoyed seeing Luke's depth in a speaking role. He's a great wing man 😉
Piece of advice... While that appears to be all online, that office will be bad for the computer over time. Plan for when the computer crashes. Make sure you have everything backed up. You should do a continuation of operation plan. Think about what could go wrong and list out all the items and list who you would call to fix them or what you would do to work around the situation. Growing up on a dairy farm we just fixed things as they came up. But having a plan helps get you through hard days faster and allows you to split the work.
I agree Tom, It's time for a Office Reno !!!!!!
Brilliant, Tom! Every video shows such amazing progress!!! I agree with @davidepool5884 that you should fix up that office. It's fine if it's small, but de-clutter, paint, new chair...whatever makes you happy!!!! BTW, I wish we could learn a bit more about Luke. What a find!!! His last name should be Pemberton!
There's probably an app you can use on mobile with your wifi but you could also just cast it to your phone since it runs in a browser. Computer stays inside while you're walking around the cows checking them.
Cows looking well Tom
Exciting step forward. Working smarter not harder. 😊👍👍❤️
Tomas, you are so lucky to have a outstanding herdsman in Luke I’m glad he can show you how to run the computer. The temperature during the day will put little wrinkles in read outs so get use to things. So backwards to breed with a bull for tomorrows cows!
Tom I thought your comment about the software wasn’t fair and I hope Uniform are given the opportunity to defend their price on your channel. They employ over 80 people, according to their website, and I am sure once you understand how much effort software, which runs on windows, takes to maintain then you may not be so quick to criticise.
best get a nice office in that build as well tom, have a little more space for all the computer time your going to be doing with the new collars giving you all that data
You were serious about the numbers👌 In the beginning we only attached the bottom number and the rest loose. But quickly realized that you could see the numbers just as well if they were all loose on the necklace.
Thumbs up for Luke!
Great job Luke 👏 👍..This is the most Luke has talked in any video ever 😂😂
Thank you for sharing with us your projects on improving your families farm - where is your dad? I would pay 25K per week jroom and board included --just to have time learning from you your dad and Luke- and behind the scenes with your mom - I would also like to learn how you run your store. you have a successful farm model that should the standard globally. Thank you again for sharing
🎉This is wonderful. Leaps and bounds. I remember your note pad and then having to type stuff in. Can’t wait to see the results
Fantastic system - Now it's time dor a new Cow Office ;-)
Lukes shirt looks mighty proper
First time to comment Tom. In the 3.5 years your farm is now a model, we are in the west of ireland, my brother is farming dry stock, your farm is class. Insurance could be too much but active farm walks could be something to look into, not a pet farm but a farm walk where farmers and “townies” could explore a fully active farm
This is real precision dairy farming! Top job
This is why I love watching your videos ... I learn something new everytime! And this new addition is so fascinating!!! Well done Pemberton farm!!! ❤
Good video. Just one thing I have noticed. The parlor and other cow areas look super modern and clean. Definitely 2023. Well done. The human spaces like your office (apart from the computer ) looks like the dairy I was hand milking cows in when I was a kid in the 1960s. Time to upgrade the human facilities I think 😀😀😀😀
Wonky is very cute also I love the black cow just watching the whole process happened to the other ones
Thats an awesome improvement, well done! Will make a big difference to you. Could you have a screen in the parlour or visible from the parlour somehow so you didnt need to go back and forth into that computer dungeon youve got there? 😂
Good job chaps - can only mean great stuff for the girls ❤ xx
I bloody love Luke and we don't see enough of him! I always admire that he appears to be a proper grafter, mt perception is that he genuinely cares and today he show cased how knowledgeable he is too. Sending all the Luke love. I also like that he is no nonsense and calls a spade a shovel. Clicks for Luke
So happy for you👍
Well done Tom on giving gorgeous Luke the credit.
oh, how cute. the cow's get new bling!
I wondered if there was something up with 216 when I saw she could barely get out of the crush! This is a gamechanger (once you get your head around it) but you're fortunate to have Luke on hand to help you get to grips with the technology.
Are you getting a new office? You need more space. The parlour is looking GREAT.
A great video and super interesting. I was expecting the new parlour in action video today, the suspense is killing me 😂. So much work, I can only imagine the changes the Ginger Warrior has seen on the farm over his career now you are installing this… that would be an interesting video to watch, your dad comparing dairy farming today to what it was like when he started and the big step changes.
Hopefully you can eek out a bit of space in your new shed/parlour for a bit bigger office.
Favourite video you’ve done. Can’t beat data for making informed long term decisions. Going to have more tech than us soon 🤣
you definitely deserve a better cow office ...
Next investment, finances allowing, an office for the computer etc, it gives you so much information and flags up things to keep you more productive, that area you have isn’t ideal for winter use with dampness, dust etc.
Love the special relationships you all have with your herd ... Tilly, Socks etc
Wow - so exciting!! and what a difference the technology is going to make.
Luke seems to be the reversing King. I noticed a few months ago he reversed a redundant piece of Kit onto a low loader which was a bit tricky. So Cow man, expert going backwards and computer whiz!
Great informative video Tom. My favourite cow is No 37 only because she's a gorgeous colour and of course your favourite Tilly 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Wow, it's amazing and fascinating how far technology has come along! that's pretty cool!
Great South African accent but don’t give up the day job!! What fantastic use of technology.
