ST commander even tried diplomacy by stating that blasters wouldn't harm the Blood Angel... And then did orbital bombardments when the troops on the ground didn't go with plan B.

It one of your warp smiths can infect a tyranid bioship, then all you really need is enough of the virus to rapidly infect a fleet fast enough to outpace their ability to adapt!

In a old republic time line in a novel in Starwars during when the Sith Empire was around still . A officer in the Imperial army serving the Sith and the Emperor of the empire . Due to them being able to handle the sith around them , the alien merceneries and out living every one who died off . They got a higher rank as a ship captain due to how compitant they were and being lucky enough to survive to fight another day . .

@@TheWarriorofHonor actually whilst rare lamenters do fall to the black rage and its supposedly ten times worst then normal (I am most likely wrong on that front but from memory it is worse then normal) and I believe their leader has fallen to it 3 or so times at this point and pulled himself out of it, and now I head cannon it takes either a full blown emporer class titan weaponry or exterminatus too fully kill one and good luck to the enemy as they will be lucky to have a fucking force afterwards

@@theenderdestruction2362 Yep very rare indeed, working theory is, that since they are so very used to misery and hardship, the red thirst and black rage have a lot less of a grip on them. But yeah *when* the black rage overcomes them it is indeed quite a lot worse than with any other successor chapter of the blood angels. Not surprising really. After all, all that bottled up frustration and anger from being the Universe's (and Tzeentch's) personal toilet is truly a force to fear. So I absolutly agree with your head cannon!

Read a story by vox in the void and the lamenter lost his shi grew wings and wrecked an entire chaos ship and made a space marine take himself and his buddies out after looking at what appeared to be The Great Angel himself.

If a Death Guard marine were to arrive, 95% of the Star Destroyer will all puking blood.

That actually might not be the case. From what this series shown us the commander and other stormtroopers aren’t effected by chaos corruption so far. It has been stated that all traitor marines who serve specific god get an area of corruption (effects vary from what god) that nearly affects all mortals. The commander and his crew has interacted with 2 chaos god specifically legions without falling into madness or the gods hands. The death guard warp plagues might have no effect on them.

When fighting the Tau, the Adeptus Mechanicus absolutely refuses any orders to deploy a Titan unless the Imperium has sole air control as the Tau fighters are more than enough to fell any one of them. Not really as powerful as you think they are if the Space Commies can simply tear them apart with a single fighter squad

@@electroeel148 Keep in mind that they worship the things. They're cathedrals and avatars of the omnissiah. And they can't make new ones. Repairing battle damage on the things takes months if not years. Partially because of all the ritualistic stuff involved, but even so. Of course they only want to deploy them under optimal conditions.

Wake me up when the bombardment is over, I'm taking a nap. Commander is getting iron in his blood.

The Empire is safe within the ST commander's hands... He might be able to remake the Empire even if the emperor dies. He was able to try employing diplomacy, get the respect of an Iron Warrior, and did orbital bombardments the moment it was deemed more useful than throwing down more idiots to die.

I think the Iron Warrior may be a bit too animated, waving his arms around as such, Feel like he wouldn't waste his movements so much beyond nodding or turning his head to speak/look at the Imperial commander. Blood angel animation at the end was perfection though. Now I really wanna see some "pay to win officer" that get in the Command on his father's money try to come in and take over. Stormtrooper captain looks at the Ironwarrior hearing the most obnoxious stupid shit from the Imperial Officer. before duping him into going to meet the Night Lord. IW thanks him for getting rid of such a waste of an officer, that would just get in the way of the War effort.

I never thought of the Black Rage as Posthumous Traumatic Stress Disorder, but now it is forever more.

As soon as I heard “Horus” I thought “yeah those guys on the surface are toast, time for orbital bombardment.” Glad to see the ST and IW were on the same page. XD

My head canon is that the two galaxies are intersecting slowly in space and they are just getting more and more interactions with one another, but the stormtroopers have decided to take the tactic of running away and ignoring it while the space marines are VERY interested in this new galaxy and empire.

I'm really appreciating the whole concurrent theme of the Star Wars elements of the galaxy becoming immediately more like their 40K counterparts upon contact with the 40K galaxy, like how the Stormtrooper commandant becoming more like the Imperial Guard in his mindset of acceptable losses towards bombarding an entire planet.

I had a feeling the Iron Warrior would be on good speaking terms with the stormtroopers. Great video!

Now let's add their slaughter of Olympia to show the legion at their more benevolent. And an unending list of atrocities necessary for creation and upkeep of daemon engines they are famous for. Uncontrollable bursts of rage and thirst for blood are nowhere near as fucked up as what traitor legions do. Iron Hands or marines malevolent would be good examples of blurring the border if ANYONE wanted to go there and they are somewhat of an outlier.

Ok this was a very good one Not only to see the Stormtrooper Commander and Iron Warrior working together and pretty well but also with how you did the Blood Angel at the end with how you did the depicting of him. Very spot on and I loved this video I do hope the next episode for another Loyalist Chapter involves either the Space Wolves, Imperial Fists, Dark Angels, White Scars or Raven Guard

I love the implication that this random Iron Warrior is just slowly catching this storm trooper commander up to about 40000 years of galactic history.

I love how the Iron Warrior's basically the straight man explaining everything to our poor stormie commander at this point. ... Then again, he's probably the sanest person he's dealt with aside from the occasionally xenocidal Salamander.

Fun fact, space marine ceramic armor does one thing exceptionally well, heat dissipation. It is essentially tank armor that has a 90% heat debuff. It's cousin auramite which the emperor and dorn wore as well as custodes, is closer to 99% heat debuff, whilst being lighter and even tougher than ceramic against conventional,weapons.
