They have said that 200 servers and nesting are coming but they are not putting scent/ tracking system in the game I personally can’t wait till they bring AI dinos to the game but they’re gonna flush out the rest of the look and playable features before that gets tackled any further

This might be an unpopular opinion, but just like how the devs change the look of Green Hill, they should change the look of Impact Crater.

I think they should add meteor strikes to the heavily populated areas to promote others to explore the map. Everyone piles up at gp and impact crater and nowhere else.

I’m confused as to why they’re focusing on realistic foliage and landscapes but giving their dinosaur (you know, the main part of the game) anime-looking rage effects. Also everything north of hunter’s and dark woods is so irrelevant they didn’t even put it in the map screenshot for 200 player server testing 😂😂. They really need a homecave up in rainbow hills

I do understand where you are coming from, i think the devs only really aimed for realistic environment and dinosaur models, gameplay wise they've always leaned slightly more arcadey but with the option for realism servers to cater to realism

the devs or a modding team need to add temperatures to realism/semi-realism servers. giving buffs or debuffs to a dinosaur depending on what habitat theyre in. same with aquatics adding a freshwater debuff keeping them out at sea. i reckon this would help spread people out not just staying in gp or ic the whole time.

T. rex used Crunch, it was super effective. Rhamphorhynchus held on using Focus Sash. Rhamphorhynchus used Parting Shot T. rex stats were lowered Rhamphorhynchus went back to its trainer.

I get the ability stuff but why the glowing eyes and the sparkles and stuff. It needs to be realistic not a dino fortnite

Hello velocci:3 thank you for the new video I have been sick for a few days and your videos make my day:)also I’m mostly supper excited for the plants and struthi and 200 player servers!im glad to actually see the devs of pot listening to everyone and our feedback and when I saw the picture of the Gondwana map with people everywhere that made me happy to see but there was literally not one soul in the ocean=sadness for me😭I try to play in the oceans to but its no fun when there’s no one else there with you get what I mean right?and people were also mostly crowded into ic and gp but I also did see some people on island and all that this is what I wanted!yes🌈

How dope would it be if they added a player reveal feature to waystones so you could temporarily reveal where everyone is at on the map? I hate spending so much time walking circles around the map just to find nobody.

We need the lakes, rivers and the ocean get much more full of life. And we must have more rivers that we can get with kai and jurassic swordfish much more into the map to more interact with other dinos. Yet, u feel alone in the ocean

@@VelocciYT yes but u must have such a good level/map design that u doesnt have heavy hotspots. If we have just 3 big ways between the isles, for example, alle aquatic hunting there and wait that any cross. Its not easy but more smaller rivers their crosses the landmasses like venes etc.

Rhamphorhynchus needs a bit attack That'll do the smallest bit of damage but still does damage to opponents so because it not having a bite to think that does damage is just kind of sad

The smallest bit of damage wouldn't really be worth it, and I mean everyone seems to be having a blast just being annoying and flying around without being able to fight, it's accepted that it's purely for support.

Nobody wants to be in the heavily wooded areas because you constantly get hung up on rocks and stumps and fallen trees, it's super frustrating. Can't see anything for questing either because of all the stuff getting in the way of the player view. They either need to make it a bit easier to navigate around, or make it so dinos are able to step over small obstacles (which makes the most sense to me)

People complaining about the ability effects being too cartoony/too similar to fornite, not realistic enough but like -- so many players (esp on official) DO treat POT like Dino fortnite instead of an actual survival game, so i'm not surprised the devs are leaning into that 🤷‍♂️ Besides, i think having clear visual cues when another player is under certain effects is fine -- it helps you (and others) understand the situation better and may well save your life ((i.e knowing when to be more careful with alberta because you might not survive their stat boost phase etc)) -- even if it's a bit flashy 😅

What happened to the Utah raptor?

I think particle effect are cool but I don’t think they should be attached to abilities. Mostly because it defeats the purpose of PvP and figuring out what the next move is. It takes that suspense and action away. Also, I think they shouldn’t be so focused on mobile as more ppl on console/pc play it imo. Mobile is a waste of time and should have its own thing & separate assets away from console/pc. By sharing assists it hinders the potential of the game and worry too much how it’ll affect mobile players when they change/improve something on console/pc.

They need to make it so rhamph can get food by biting other players. Or at least give it a second slot for bites.

Its just getting more and more childish looking and feeling. It doesnt feel like a dino survival game. You dont feel like your really living the life of a dino. Its just a dino battle game in an open world. Path of the acorn collecting simulator. Good old roblox dinos made for 10 year old kids. Ill stick to the isle.
