That is the estimate for when the release date of 1.4 will be out to 1.4 itself, before you doubt me i have made the same mistake as u and been corrected by a centro mod

Aswell as that 1.3.1 is coming out in june if you were right it wouldnt make sense to release another small update so close to the big one
