their ship orbits a planet called paradiso they can't talk via the radio so you'll hear distorted signal coming from their ship ,i recommend that quest

I don’t really understand the quest like they want ME to get them materials so they can settle but why would I want to help them? I don’t feel like giving them materials but I also don’t wanna just blow them up

it's kinda 5050, plenty of commander women but there's a fair share of generals that are male. although i haven't seen everything yet so I haven't accounted everyone
