The lithuanian guy's speedrun is filled to the brim with irony and inside jokes, I love it.

As a math major, the chances of him getting 8 blaze rods from 9 blazes is a 1.76% chance, according to the binomial power formula. (3:06). I researched, and it is not possible to get more than 4 ender pearls after 1.16.2, and could have only been playing on a snapshot (3:41).

Couldn't help but notice that at the bottom left of the main menu for the second "speedrun", it reads "version 1.18.1 modded". Clearly the most creative way to hide a modded version of Minecraft I've ever seen.

Since you asked, the chance of 9 blaze kills dropping 8 rods is (if the chance of drop is 50%) 9C8 x 0.5^9, which works out as about 1.76%. Or to put it another way, in every 57 runs, that would probably happen once. Yeah, it’s unlikely.

Like, all of these are a parody. I don't know if the guy is _actually_ taking these seriously or just playing along, but if he is just playing along then eh, he can make his content any way he wants but I think it makes for kinda weird content, and not in a good way. And if he's actually taking it seriously then... wow.

The guy in the 2nd "speed run" is Lithuanian. When he was speaking I had to rewind and listen to him speak a few times. I recognized it as one of the Baltic/Indo-European languages (which Lithuanian is one of them). Then when the guy came across the chest and sign with *"Endermeno Kiaušas"* on it that had a Enderman spawn egg it helped confirmed it even more. I looked it up and "kiaušas" is Lithuanian for *"egg or an egg".* At first I thought it was a Slovakian type of language. That's why I had to listen to him speaking multiple before he got to the part where he got to the end with a chest and that sign.

Dream actually admitted to cheating but said he did so unintentionally. Apparently, he used RNG manipulation mods for his Manhunt videos and the modder added singleplayer support despite him telling the modder not to. Assuming the mods wouldn't do anything in singleplayer, he speedran without disabling them first which led to his ridiculous luck. Of course, I still don't like Dream but for different reasons.

Honestly I have trouble believing him. If he only installed the mod on the server he uses for Manhunt, it wouldn't affect his client. The only reason it would is if he installed the mod on his own game too.

​@@getgud_6148it isn't any more boring than it used to be? There's been nothing but new features so all it would do is make it less boring. If it's boring now it'd be way worse in the early days. Also the new content doesn't all suck, the ancient cities are cool so are the Caves, but I will admit 1.20 is pretty pointless it just adds skins for trees and sniffers

To answer your question: It is VERY difficult to speedrun Minecraft on Pocket Edition, let alone to beat the dragon without speedrunning
