That first guy just seems to be playing on a really funny texture pack where everything is flipped around and wrong. I can only imagine all those diamond ores we saw were just coal veins and the entire joke is that the run is legit up until the Nether, it's just painful because the texture pack makes everything feel wrong.

Who was first?

Up until the nether, the first run just looks like he's using a wacky texture pack and seemed otherwise legit at first. The "diamonds" were probably coal or copper or some other high spawning resource.

I feel like in some cases, the over the top dumb and insane speedruns are pretty fun to watch, but on the other hand, sometimes I like to see videos where the person tries to be more subtle and someone explains how the speedrun is faked.

Just curious, wondering if a speedrun moderator is in the comment section, would changing only the textures of Minecraft and nothing else be verifiable? That first faked speedrun had me curious, most of it was functionally still Minecraft with no tampering outside of the textures, so I'm curious that if it were legit, would the cursed textures be overlooked.

I would assume, 100% illegal and not allowed. Cause if Resource Packs were allowed, they can be used to cheat. Such as X-ray packs, or packs that give unique sounds to blocks that can be edited out of recordings. Or many other ways that mods, datapacks, and resources packs can be used to abuse the game. Having it be 100% Vanilla, no resource packs at all, is the only way to be fair, and the only way to know 100% you aren't cheating in some form.

Edit: And like I said last video, PP is an acronym for the Pivot Point which is also known as the center pivot. This is the center pivot that traders calculate for market trading.

5:45 I then noticed after 5-6 seconds that it was a green screen the first time I rewinded it. You can kinda see it in the form of a (very) thin green line around the hand. You can also sorta see that the black outlines on the hunger bar are a lil too thin. It’s especially evident at 5:54 where you can see the empty plates on the armor bar slightly glitching out 6:57 Keep inventory exists, but idk if that counts as a cheat in a speed run or not

this guy is so good at making these speed-runs a million times funnier🤣. Ayundaru deserves more subscribers.

@@Game_Hunter47 I believe it is the “Train Derailing and Chase Map,” specifically the Revamped version. It is a bit hard to tell though, as there are ten different train derailing maps, lol. The nuke was a workshop tool, of course, but unfortunately I cannot place which nuke he used. There are a lot of those too…

2:28 The Speedrunner is not running past diamonds, that is another ore(probably coal) retexured to look like diamond. Most of these runs are also jokes, they are not being pasted off as real runs.

I figured out the first speedrun. The overworld part is actually legit-- just with a weird texture pack. It's actually the KZreadr Parrot speedrunning. You can see his skin on the player arm, and his name is on the advancements. Then, when the player enters the nether, you can see the ragdoll in the top-left corner, and it's a different skin. Someone took part of Parrot's speedrun and edited it with his own to try and sell it.
