As a teacher I'd expect you to know that you indeed do give grades, there are students that will work their absolute hardest and will only get a "C" because the teacher decided it wasn't good enough. Theirs students who do next to none of their work who get an "A" because they're that teachers favorite student. Of course on top of everything grades just proves to students that they're worthless if they don't get an "A" on every test, every paper. Theirs parents who abuse their children if they dont get an "A" in every class. There's teachers who hold grudges against specific students and knit pick their work to give them a lower grade.

Studies also show that grading students doesn't encourage them to work harder, it encourages them to cut corners and do the bare minimum required.

I said the grading system in the USA is fucked up to the point that children literally have committed suicide or are abused over not being the top tier "A" student. Students are taught they will get nowhere in life without all "A"s, no college, no good jobs. They're told a GED won't cut it and that if you don't complete college and highschool with flying colors you're worthless to society. That's just how the system currently works. There are teachers out there who actively try to make a difference, and there are teachers like you who just give in freely to the system and blame the students for poor grades instead of themselves for their failure to teach.

A little tip, let the pictures stay on screen for 2 or 3 more seconds so people can actually read them. I had to pause and/or rewind on every single image making the viewing experience less enjoyable. If you don't start doing this for new videos I will make sure not to watch anymore of your videos
