​@MrNAL_1I'm gonna second @Userqfx here. There's a lot of Kpop idols that had short training period before. Sunmi for example, she only trained in JYP for like a month before debuting with Wonder Girls. Some talented trainees had long training before debut (like Twice Jihyo, 10 frickin years!) due to readiness and other circumstances. LSF are average on talents needed to be kpop idols so the short training period doesn't help them at all. What baffles me tho, they had Sakura and Chaewon but still comes out as bad as an unprepared kids doing presentation in class.

Lets be real. It so obvious Hybe wanted to scrap NJ and made a new GG with the same concept. They even released Bubblegum without any trailer and only a few hours after Jennie's collab. There was an intention to sabotage the group. They wanted NJ song to be overshadowed by Jennie's collab. But GOOD thing the song was a hit. Why would a company release a back to back release in a few hours in between. A new few days is understandable but hours?

I wouldn't say LSFM failed. At the of the day, it doesn't really matter how talented you are but how profitable you are, and LSFM still is. Higher management people have frail egos so its possible that they just want to get back at MHJ

(one of the highest paid employees ever in the company) if u work for a company and they pay you, sure pple will recognise you for your work and style, its how pple build portfolios, work experience etc. But the product belongs to the company. this is how it works in EVERY company. if she wanted NJ to be truly her own, she shouldve started her own companh, got her own employess and her own trainees, trained them and put her own money in the making of said group then yeah,, its her own. Look at the end of the day Bang's obsession with SM has put his integrity in question. He did everything he could to get his hands on that company. He tried and failed last year so he decided that if he couldn't have them he woukd hire as many SM employees as possible. He wants to turn Hybe into SM 2.0. He wants the cache that SM has in the kpop industry that Hybe doesnt have. I'm glad that SM held its ground against(dont get it twisted that company is corrupt asf) because we can see all the reassurances he was saying during his failed acquisition of SM was lie. He was absolutely going to try diminsh the popularity of Aespa and NCT. And try and make copies of them like he did NJ. Bang wants to be LSM. He wants that culturly impact. Broadly speaking, many companies have proven themselves to often be willing to turn a blind eye and work with morally and ethically dubious people, provided those qualities serve the interests of the company. And when they oust them, even when claiming those reasons and whether those allegations are true or false, the real motive is that they see them as a threat and/or competition - be it internal or external - that they want to nip. Also, let's remember that companies, while not people, are still actually run by people (we haven't developed ChatCEO yet) and people make decisions based on emotions and personal issues all the time.

This, to me, just indicates that media announcement dates may not necessarily have any direct bearing on when a deal was struck unless stated as such in the article itself. Rather, the March 2022 announcement seemed to indicate a final lineup was already set in stone with a fully realised concept and plan in place - all of which would be highly unlikely if the idols had only just signed contracts.

SM banned JYJ from going to music shows for life. Read about TVXQ, they were originally 5 people. They had 13 years contract, this case made the current contracts 7 years.

Is anyone here Korean who can give insight to know how Koreans feel about this? In the end, the opinions of international fans never seems to matter much, so I'm curious what they feel. Their feelings will more decide the fate of HYBE. This also pretty confirms what everyone thought, that GFRIEND was sacrificed by HYBE so the resources could be used for a new girl group. And Scooter Braun running their American branch says all you need to know about their character. I hope Korean fans know how terrible he is.

The idea that a huge profit oriented corporate damaging their own bread winner is foolish. They are not as naive and stupid as risking their performance in front of share holders, only to protect their ego out of jealousy. Idols or artists aren't to blame for the conflicts of their agency/company. However, when it comes to technicalities, NJ is clearly more prepared to debut, was more complete as idols, than LSF. From their concepts, skills, marleting. Ador seemed to have been more prepared to debut & manage NJ rather than Hybe for LSF. Plus, bang shi hyuk working w/ someone w/ questionable work ethics like scooter braun, speaks volumes of bang pd's character & work ethic as well. No matter what the negative allegations against MHJ were, BSH is also a questionable person, with hating yet obsessing over YG & SM artists, concepts, his hybe is really known for copying, no originality, payola, buying votes, kpop monopoly, now removing the "k" in kpop. He's really set on destroying kpop. I pity bts and armies for having his "creative genius" mind version. He's an example of 1 stroke lucl got immense success, but he can never reproduce legendary artists that the YGE, SME, JYPE had.

LSF is a Source Music girl group, but both LSF and NJ are Hybe groups. Both LSF and NJ were trained by Source Music, but since GFriends did not renew their contract and left, Source Music rushed LSF's debut because MHJ poached the trainees without paying off their training debt, so Source Music was left broke.

What people are misunderstanding is, June wanted to create a gg with mhj alongside source music but mhj didn’t want any trainees besides minji(I could be wrong with her name), and wanted a full creative on the group but have probably said NO. That’s why they gave her a new company to create her own group but hybe still wanted to have their own gg with source music that’s why they debuted LS. They wanted their group to debut first but probably MHJ felt like her group should debut first and that’s when all this drama lit up.

On Monday 22 April Hybe announced that he had initiated an internal audit at Ador and had called for the resignation of MHJ, who refused to resign and also refused to hand over the company laptop. They cited MHJ's secret and illicit contacts with foreign investors as the reason for the audit as well as the orchestration of a defamation campaign against Hybe, which is currently going strong. In response to the audit, MHJ called an embarrassing press conference for Thursday, April 25, during which she cried and said that she's like a mom to NJ and that BSH copied her etc., and showed screenshots of their private conversations. She said that she wrote a plan about the hostile takeover of Ador as a joke. Hybe handed over the evidence to police the next day and an investigation is now underway. Furthermore, Hybe requested that the CEO of Ador (MHJ) meet the board of directors on Tuesday, April 30, to discuss her dismissal, but she refused. So Hybe has forwarded the request to the court for a forced board of directors, but it will take weeks.

this video and the comments here are incredibly biased. it doesn't matter if you see what happened as "unfair" (and we don't even know definitively if there is any truth to most of these statements), all that matters is MHJ signed contracts with hybe and used their investment and connections. MHJ can't just decide to leave because she's unhappy. 🙄

This is also wild that the public has so much say in how a label runs. Also the label actually listens and response to people. Maybe it’s a kpop thing. I’ve never heard major U.S. and Europe labels interacting as much with the public as if every person owns a share in the company and yet MASSIVELY successful artists in these labels and continue to thrive (unless the artist doesn’t or does something). I heard kpop labels are looking into change some of this. I hope so

Seeing this makes me wonder about something I do believe their some jealousy between two MHJ vs Bang Sihyuk but now I kinda wonder about something now, Could Mr Bang or Hybe be reason why BTS 'V Layover album didn't hits number #1 on Global 200 Billboards top charts, because it's was Min Heejin was one who Produce and writes lyrics on V solo album (Layover) to and Girls NJ love it, they all love 'V beauitful baritone deep voice, because I remember hearing somebody said something that V Layover was sent late that someone I Hybe kinda mess Up time to sent 'V Layover Copied sales on time which is why Tae album Layover was not number #1 on top Global 200 BBAs in USA and UK,instead his Layover came at number #2 or #3 top lists on BBAs Global 200 charts, but I always thought the reason maybe V album wasn't at number #1 on Global 200 BBAs is because He did not promote his Solo album in America which why Layover was not #1 on US BBAs Global 200 charts but now after hearing this news and abit more information, I started to wonder now I'm beginning to wonder could V Solo Layover album was late because of Mr Bang Sihyuk jealousy against MHJ ? since it was MHJ who writes and Produce BTS 'V album Layover however V also help Produce album not just MHJ even tho She writes the lyrics on entired album tracks to fit V personality recording to MHJ words ??? She shl hv started her own business with her creativity since she thinks its by being creative. She shl leave hybe n start her own company. I seriously want to see how she would survive.

lol you’re so clueless. Min Hee Jin did want to leave after Hybe debuted Le sseraphim instead of NewJeans. Hybe’s CEO park Jiwon persuaded her to stay and then she thought about opening another company ( Ador) to launch NJ instead
