Otumfor should take greater responsibility to develop Ashanti kingdom in totality...Most Ghanaians respect the chiefs more than the president coz when the president raises any initiative, he will be threatened with elections. Kings should develop their towns and cities.

Okay
Kumasi Ghana needs to invest money into traffic lights and fixing off roads
Most often, it is the overcrowding and over concentration at one place that leads to littering and dirt. As such, I will strongly recommend another kind of Adum, a business district, may be around Ahenema Kokoben. I have seen a very, very large piece of land by the road between Ahenema kokoben and Brofuyedru and that area can be used to produce high rise buildings, modern shopping malls and to encourage people to go there, those who trade there should be given tax break for 5 years

I think the one way to sort out the this congested situation is to come with a law that one day in a month all stores are closed.. Cleaning and organising and assessing be done by the authorities.. The only shops to open are drug stores and chemists.. Cos it seems people wanna trade everyday.. There are far too many people selling everyday..
Nice one kumasi has really changed,I will lost my way when I come back

I think it would have been better if everyone used this time to either Paint over their buildings or do a bit Renovation after everything clears before they go back to work. 😏

There are so many dilapidated structures along the major streets, I wonder why KMA cannot compel owners of those properties to renovate or redevelop them to make the city look modern. When are we going to start taking drastic measures to develop?

Hmmm
I recognise the central post office from my visit there in 2015, and recall buying a shirt in one of the stalls across the road, happy memories, i still have the shirt. Ghana should follow Rwandas example of banning all single use plastic bags which end up as litter everywhere blocking drains which cause flooding and mosquitos, it would make the country so much cleaner and attractive

INFACT, many of the buildings need complete re-roofing to change those rusted, ugly roof, others need to be demolished completely for new, modern, high rise structures or used to construct car parks

It's like people living in Accra feel so proud and don't respect other cities in the country. But all of you are from villages and Accra is not your hometown.
