Seeing that you have 1 hand, I see an already glaring issue in our community that can not be fixed. In both the base game and in mods charts, it is harder and requires 2 hands to press each note accurately. There are also specific gimmicks in some mods requiring the use of the space bar while pressing notes, which that kind of multitasking isn’t possible. For you, I would just Reccomend having practice mode on for base game, especially on the remix difficulties (er**t and Nightmare) and watch mods because Mods are sometimes unplayable with 1 hand.

@Siltrat I mean, like I also said above, you can react to mod songs through videos if you wish so people can hear your thoughts on the songs, but it's your choice.

Change your arrow keys to DFJK, its simple enough. And also put your 2 fingers on DF and put your other 2 from your other hand on JK, so you can press the notes carefully.

Use A for left, S for down, up arrow for up and right arrow for right, that's what I do Also you are not ready for the mods, except maybe SEOS
