Although some of the parts had no sound, this was a very decent comedy. Those that are fans of the Marx Brothers will notice that there's a Tip Of The Hat to A Night At The Opera, since Matthew Broderick's name on the Passport is the name of The Villain Tenor, Signore Rodolfo Laspari, in that Marx Brothers movie, as Allen Jones' rival.

This is one of my all time favorite's, i can watch it on loop and it never gets old, love this film.

What a gem. And the last few minutes are very emotional. "Have a good life..."❤😢

Hilarious to see Bert Parks singing "I ain't gonna work on Maggie's farm no more."

@@theoryofpersonality1420 Exactly! What a dumb idea. Nor will chopping off the credits at both ends. That's the latest thing they are trying. It's everywhere, but it accomplishes nothing. KZread uses sophisticted software too find copyright infringements. It can hardly be fooled by such simplistic tricks. That butchering of films really angers people who want to know who directed and acted in it! And in doing so they often cut off part of the story, totally wrecking the experience! The uploaders need to grow up, and not destroy the shows in the futile attempt to fool the system with such dumb methods.

Soundless is totally fine, with this kind of good movies

If the producer/distributor logos and opening titles are missing, don’t describe it as a “full movie”.

Sound cuts out a few times, not worth it.

More monitor lizards in Australia than anywhere else. Aboriginals here used to hunt bigger lizards than the Varanus komodoensis. However it is true you need to bury people deep to stop the lizards from digging up and eating your loved ones.

@@johnroff1941 Overall British films are much better, so I empathize with you, but to most of the English speaking world, English refers to the language, and British refers to nationality or origin. If you search KZread for "British films" or "British movies" you will find individual films, but even better are the playlists you find there that people have compiled, with up to and over 1000 films in them.

There’s nothing remotely “English about this film. Simply more US American crap. It was entirely unwatchable. I could only bear it for a minute or two. Honest advertising clearly isn’t a thing in the dysfunctional U.S.

I can only assume that you can't watch a football game if the receiving team doesn't run the opening kickoff back for a touchdown. Let the plot build. Let the characters develop. If you enjoy movies, this one will entertain you.

The language used was the appallingly bastardised “US English” it appears that the peasants were so resentful of being left a language by their betters that they felt a need to damage it beyond recognition. Many US produced films would benefit from subtitles. Naturally they had people firing guns at each other in the opening minutes of the film. “Freshmen” are what exactly? US males having been persuaded to shower?
