My husband and I just left The Fountains yesterday and we went on condition we would attend their 2 hours timeshare presentation or else we would have to pay full price for our stay. I found the resort to be subpar, 6/10 at best. We stayed in building 7, part of the older section as well. Ours was not as nice as the room in this video. Multiple carpet stains, we actually had multiple pieces of broken furniture in the living area and master, and surprisingly no vanity hooks/holder for the hand towels so they all stayed jumbled up around the small master sink area. There was one hook on the back of the toilet/shower door for the shower towels. We were heavily pressured and harassed in the timeshare presentation. The sales woman assigned to us started to argue w/ us towards the end as to why we weren’t interested in purchasing and how much of a mistake we were making. Long story short we will not be staying at any more Bluegreen resorts. Please be aware of the immense pressure and manipulation tactics they pull on you to sell the timeshare. Luckily my husband and I escaped after 2.5 hrs w/ out having purchased. The sales woman made it clearly known to us she would not be making any commission off our sale and treated us so rudely. Be aware!!!!

When I was 5years old we used to live in Orlando and we stayed there and my mom and dad worked there we went back I'm 9 now we had the best time 2023 we went back brings back the best memories

I was in the newer building and it had elevators.I had a beautiful view of Icon Park,lake and the pool.

Rude staff that had no qualms about opening your door after banging on it loudly and not giving you a chance to answer. My stay at the hotel began with a staff member banging on my door then trying to open it without giving us time to even set our suitcases down. I guess a previous guest left clothes in a plastic bag and she was there to retrieve it. The water smelled awful. A man in a vest and a security guard came to my door with a vague and brief reason to search my room randomly. I felt harassed and uncomfortable. I went to the “presentation” where they regurgitated a long sales pitch and pushed their product HARD on us for over two hours and then were extremely rude when we said we weren’t interested. I had to say I wasn’t interested many times. When Rachel, a representative of blue green vacation saw that I couldn’t afford any of the packages, gave Alejandro (another rep) a dirty look, shot up from the table and angrily muttered “thanks for your time!”, before storming away. She didn’t say goodbye nor escort us to a door. We felt bullied, insulted and shamed for not purchasing their points. Horrible experience. Would NOT recommend. Not to mention the dirty, shit stained comforter…
