I'm not a Hindi, I'd appreciate if you address the following questions of mine. 1. How many bijas are there? 2. If the bija is the deity, then reciting the bija means you call upon that particular deity, but since that deity is a particular expression of Brahma, would it be correct to say that you are indirectly just calling upon Brahma? What practical difference does it make to our life to call upon Brahma or a particular Bija. Is Brahma numerically one, or is he actually the Unity in Multiplicity? 3. Do the Bija mantras share any conceptual similarity with the Nordic Runes or the Huruf Muqattat (so called mysterious letters of the Quran)? Thank you in advance.

I’m a Buddhist and I have the utmost respect for Hinduism. The Vedas are some the most beautiful texts that exist. When it comes to Advaita I find it’s teachings inspiring and as powerful as anything in my own tradition.

Also, I would add that I don't think you're completely right to say that, '. . .they diss Hinduism.', as though there is some kind of collective opinion from all Buddhists. Sure, there are 'individuals' who, mainly through ignorance, will dismiss other paths as being inferior to their own. But there is no collective body which represents Buddhists and all the teachers I have ever come across, from any Buddhist school, will acknowledge the debt that Buddhism owes to the Vedas and to the huge school of wisdom that such teachings represent. Of course Buddhist teachings are different to those of, most, Hindu schools, but that's only to be expected - otherwise it would be called Buddhism.

He didn't attribute any words to the Mantra. He explained by means of language and within it''s limitations, the sounds which compose the Aum/On mantra.

False ego has trapped us ....this is stupidity.....
