There’s a few ways this could be true or false, as stated above me he could be a small Easter egg in the news or something, he could be a strangers n freaks mission we run into on the map and that’s why he’s on the news cause he’s an escaped convict, after all these videos he could be a goofy scripted death somewhere, all depends on how rockstar feels at any particular moment.

I just wonder if more recognition and more spotlight for "the Florida Joker" is benefitial. Frankly, I wasn't at all familiar with him up until the GTA IV trailer was released and videos started to appear with his ludacris demands and whatnot. I'm from EU, so take me with a grain of salt, because I still watch these vids and I get it's a part of the entertainment here on YT. What I'm trying to say is - it at times seems like promoting/in a weird way advertising a lot less desirable thing/character. You make great vids I'm interested in and thank you for that, I just wonder if there's a better balance for all of this. Maybe there isn't and that's all good, I just sigh when I see this man.
