There was for a brief period of time, had access to the Survivalist buy menu. Had to kill everyone to win. They removed the role after 3-4 vids, I guess they didn't think it fit in well.

There is a ttt addon called the traitor defib. If a traitor were to defib an innocent that innocent becomes a traitor with 50hp and no credits.
