After witnessing Geoff doing this incredible project successfully, he is truly an inspiration to many coming through this pandemic! Now everyone instead of believing in life and always saying 'I cannot' believe in yourself and learn to say, Yes you can! An Incredible home, furnishings and commentary. I envy you living there Geoff I really do , enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Geoff you are bold and gentle, truly you are the Godfather of construction and design, who can not fail. Thank you for the entire information of laying the foundation deep into the earth instead of the piling up suspension like they do in Florida is absolutely genius. This video will help me to implement my coastal home building in the near future.

That house may be flood-proof but I don't fancy the chances of that glass in really high winds. It's going to get really hot in there in the future summers without some serious additions, like green rooves, shutters, passive coolling, etc. THREE loos??? That's a LOT of water wastage. Where are you going to get enough when demand outstrips supply? You'll need water butts to collect a LOT of rainwater.

Even Conservative estimates of rising sea levels will have his ground floor under water in the years to come. He won't be able to sell that place. Sold my house by a river threatened with future flooding. Property value dropped nearly six figures because of the report on projected sea level rise over the next few years. But you take the hit, better to sell when I did than wait any longer than I did.
