He doesn't always have electricity with his powers. Remember in the first season episode 1 where things slowed down multiple times. Also with his vibrating hand it has happened too

This season 2 flashes so cool, especially when he's with green arrow in that season Ann. Episode and I'm like how zoomer is. One of the demon zoo is the best person in the villain. In the flash first off. He broke the flash in season 2 episode 6 and he kept walls as daughter in a prison instead. If you want her back for her life. Get the flashes speed. But one thing that's good about Barry is that he beat the mess out of zoom. Especially when he killed his dad that's why I like season two flash better
