The Five-Year-Old “Twins” that Cross Color Lines! II Steve Harvey

Ойын-сауық

When five-year-old Myles told his mom he wanted to dress like his twin at school, she asked the teacher for a photo of the two. That photo ended up being a reminder that all of us can learn a lot from kids!

    This reminds me of my daughter and her best friend. When they dressed alike for Twin Day, it meant I had to cornrow her friend's long blond hair and had to find magnetic earrings because my daughter's ears were pierced, and her friends weren't. That was the first Twin Day almost 30 years ago. They are still best buds to this day.❤❤❤

    @Judith Wenddy Williams The joy for me is being able to look back on pictures and see the evidence of this beautiful friendship. Their elementary school had yearly events that included, in addition to Twin Day; the Mother/Daughter Tea, Harvest Festival, Dance Festival, and Ice Cream Social. Once they were in Jr/Sr High School; Winter Dances, Homecoming, Prom, graduation. These same girls are now women and becoming moms. It's the most honest, real example of 'the circle of life' one can experience; watching the children you nutured and loved becoming productive citizens. We really had a village and the majority of the children are now college-educated, skilled members of society.

Yea, keep ignoring the elephant in the room that constantly loots and murders whites. Keep living in your dilutional bubble. Why don't you look into who owned the slave ships that brought the blacks to america? All jews. Why have they been kicked out of 109 countries over 1,000 times? Probably because they're so so so oppressed, RIGHT?

This could have been stopped generations ago, it was the parents and grandparents that put a stop to this interaction! Not the children. It was society that wouldn't allow it. That was ashame! 😢😢😢

    This is the cutest! I also hope they remain friends forever. ❤ Correction - Kids DO see diffetences. They just don't care about the differences. I've worked with young children for over 30 years. They're very observant and they notice differences in hair color and length, skin color, eye color, types of clothing, etc. But if they like someone, none if that matters. What they learn from others (their parents, surroundings, tv, other kids) is what to think or feel about the differences. Thankfully, many kids still do not buy into the negative perceptions, though.

  • @funshine817

    @funshine817

    Жыл бұрын

    What?! You totally contradicted yourself. You said they learn from parents, tv, surroundings, etc., but then you said they DON'T buy into any negative perceptions! So kids only believe in the positive perceptions? lmfao What planet do you live on?! Kid's bully other kid's all the time, throughout human history. That is definitely buying into negative perceptions. I think YOU need to learn how to observe better.

    I love this so much! Little tears of joy! Think I seen these 2 reunite after covid. I'm mixed like Ragu but to the naked eye, appear to be white. Still friends with almost all of my childhood little rascals lol. Even have a black godson. Granted, as children, it was so easy to become friends because we didn't have much of anything else. As we get older, we're more set in our ways, more work & less play. I've been so blessed to have many different friends, people say "he never meets no strangers" lol. "We Are The World"! May God Bless Us All! 😇✌️

    With all that’s been going on in the media these past few years, this is especially heartwarming to see. After watching these boys on the video, how they looked at each other and mimicked the other’s movements and how they giggled about the same thing, I saw so many reasons why they saw each other as their twin. They were seeing with their hearts. The difference in their skin color is just incidental.

    They are twins in kindred spirits. Their love unites them as one. That's the way it is supposed to be. Let's learn something people. Love crosses barriers and it unites all colors as a beautiful picture and piece of art! ❤

    Sometimes it's not what they're taught, it's what they hear. No matter what kids are doing, they always listen to adult conversations.
