    The bike was broken in through a heat cycle process. The same way we and all race teams do on there race bikes. Just because the bike doesn't have any miles doesn't mean it doesn't have a lot of run time. We have been working with breaking the bike in weeks before this video.

    Thank you for the concise explanation for the surely anticipated know-it-all snide comments. What is a heat cycle break-in? I've heard the term, but never actually spoken to anyone with the know-how.

    With that low of miles man, I can see it gaining even more once she loosens up. 184 to the back wheel is NOTHING TO SNEEZE AT. Brocks performance has a gsxr 1000 that is running 8s in the quarter on mr12, bolt ons, rider mod. These bikes perform at the track. You cant buy a bad bike these days. They're all amazing machines. What a time we live in man. Thanks for the video bro. Your editing is getting much better!

  • @raceaddict3212

    @raceaddict3212

    4 жыл бұрын

    @@KidNamedKuddy yes exactly.. the whole rider mod phrase came about years ago and was popularized with the street racing vids when a guy had minor mods and could beat another guy that had a more heavily modded bike. It displays that the rider is the most important mod you can do to a bike which is true. Some guys have all the bells and whistles and cant ride so it does him no good until he masters the craft of racing itself to maximize the bikes full potential.

    Had my 15' GSX-R750 FT ECU tuned by a GPmoto engine builder and one thing I can say for sure is that at least EVERY Suzuki needs a fuel/ign tune. The factory tune wasn't even as smooth as after a day of dyno and street tuning. Another MUST for Brembo equipped Gixxers is a Brembo 19 RCS Master Cylinder. Galfer Wave Slotted Race rotors had more bite than stock too. Along with Core SS lines and EBC pads the brakes were so good I wanted to use them more.

    In 1990 we got a L Model 1100 which ran 125+HP which was a fast bike of its day, then in 2003 due to nostalgia I picked up a perfect ‘93 N Model, smoothest bikes every ridden but not as aggressive as modern bikes, that was the same year I got the last E2 ZX9R and the end of my race bikes, running 158 on the back wheel with two mods only, coils and retarder.! This thing was stupid aggressive in a acceleration from 100 to 190 it ripped the R1 and K4 my friends owned, startling performance, and ZX10R was even more demanding.! This just shows you the Horse power increases over the last 30 years and still being completely reliable for everyday Road riding...
