when he stomps, jump over the fire towards the other leg and when HE jumps up, run away. once you break his stance he takes huge damage from the crit

I just saw this guy on entering the dlc and went 'yeah this guy is absolutely gonna be the tree sentinel of the dlc' and ran off to go somewhere else lol.

Beat the first one on my second shot can't thank you enough random "Try Jumping" message. Strategy below spoilers i guess... Just circle behind his legs hitting one repeatedly be sure to stay behind his legs... whenever he raises a leg for a stomp jump the aoe whenever he goes to jump run away from the explosion and then jump the fire wave, every now and then you will hear a stagger sound getting this sound 3 times will cause the Furnace Golem to fall over and you can crit stab it in the head for half its health. Rince and repeat until it dies. I found a halberd to be best for staggering quickly. You can dodge the fire meteors by riding Torrent in a circle around the golem. Good luck brave tarnished.

Man, I have a faith build and did some buffing. I took it down with elden beast weapon and mimic tear within 6 tries. had some buffs of the ashes of the dlc already

nah, even level 200+ isn’t

Beat this bastard by stacking nearly 60% fire absorption and tanking basically everything with the heal enhancing talisman, and yes the bbq grab is survivable. Did 37k damage from a crit on it after it fell down and that was that.

So go w do you get strong enough to damage him?

I don't know if this is what people call the "gimmick", but I just hit him until he falls over and then crit him for like a third of his health. He has like 4 moves that you just have to learn to dodge and then he's easy. jump when he stomps and run when he jumps

@@benjoleo there's another gimmick you can do when he gets stunned that does more damage than the crit.

​@@benjoleoyou dont even have to dodge you can just attack his legs on horse back till he fall's for the critical when you are riding torent he will only use 3 of his moves wich you can double jump it easily to avoid taking damage
