You can live without him you just need to do it, I thought the same thing with a friend that worked for me he would have to be at a place at a certain time and he wouldn't even show up for work I finally let him go and it was nice not having to wonder if he was showing up for work.

As a former submariner, it was nice to see you run into an old boat sailor. I remember the metal signs they would hang on each stall to warn you that the ball valves of the toilets were holding back pressure as the tanks were being emptied. Yep, at least one sleepy guy would open up the valve to flush and whoosh! You can guess whose job it was to clean up! And of course, they had to take the ribbing for the rest of patrol. God has blessed you to able to profit from not only working but also just being a living example. 40k is an absolutely awesome deal for a AR400 dump body. For your salt canopy, my advice is to use some chunks of EPDM rubber along the top blocks, that stops chafing. I had the same problem, same canopy. If I had to do it again I'd probably have just bought two 40 foot containers and put my low temp ice melt pallets in those and tarred the sides to protect them from salt.
