Great to see you finally got it running and on the road. Sorry for the ticket and thanks for the great content. Your videos and editing keeps getting better and better. Now I got go and finish painting this front subframe because I feel motivated after watching this 😃

That is EXACTLY where I got my ticket in my E39 M5 a couple months back, I saw his parking lights at night, but it was too late... Great video and great example of a beast.

Great to see the Beast back under full power, also good to see the Diet Coke didn't budge in the OEM cup holders. :)

Thanks for the idea! But my M5 is the only one that will do a burnout. All of my other burnouts were in other peoples cars; your dad's included :)

Congrats on the successful rebuild. I’ve gone through the same process minus the differential which is at the present time being fit with a 3.62. The E39M5 is a masterpiece. I do have few cars, including 21 S & 09CL class, 2023 Escalade, but The Beast as I call it is by far the most complete and balanced car. Ps: get a great radar detector

I couldn't agree more with the way you feel about the e39 M5. I have a radar detector, but I don't use it. Ever since I've started using Waze I've never looked back.

Same here. With the radar. But I recently had 2 close call and I’m leaning toward putting it back in the car.

Did you tune and dyno it with headees?

Yes, it's been tuned by Randy of Epic Motorsports and its been dyno'd. I forget the numbers off hand, but I've posted them to my IG account.

The way you rolled away from the start of the video....and the way your shifts sounded......it doesn't sound like you have much clutch left.
