Visited London last year from Australia. The only available game was Crystal Palace vs Southhampton. Was a cracking game and an awesome atmosphere. Feels weird I visited Selhurst before you.

*Hey Ellis if you see this* The history of the stadium in crystal palace Park is in 1964 it was built and up until 2012 and Stratford was kind of the home of track and field in London, there was talks of redevelopment for it into the new crystal palace fc stadium but that ceased in 2017 when they announced the selhurst park redevelopment, it was used by some semi pro football sides but isn't anymore so now other than the summer school sports days (I once did long jump there in year 10 hahaha) it's kind of just there rotting away with talks of demolition however its contested by the fact there's a gym/physio and a campus for Capel Manor college that are in the offices underneath the main stand which would need relocating Oh it's also been used in the past for concerts such as cold play

Another good video idea but next to get like a world football packet of cards, like the ones Miniminter opens. So many more clubs included other than just Prem, would be a real adventure then! That said, I’ve been to Palace twice this season with Everton and what a lovely old ground.

The Crystal Palace stadium by the ground is mostly used for athletics and it’s part of the national sports centre complex. I play 7-aside every week on the Astro and it’s a ball ache when the ball goes over the fence into the stadium

My uncle and cousins were season ticket holders at Crystal Palace until my uncle died and they played the drums there. One of the best atmospheres I have experienced in the PL, the best being Newcastle (trying not to say my on club of MUFC)

I sat in that exact same row a few weeks ago and someone farted so bad up there that the fart never escaped. It just lingered. It stayed for an entire half of the match. It was me.

Went to Palace years ago to watch them and then later Wimbledon when they played their. Cracking old school stadium.

The first time I went Selhurst Park we won 2-1 but the roof over the away end restricts the view but decent atmosphere 🦅

Really nice to see you visit so many games, I'm from the Netherlands and want to visit an Everton game this season. Does anyone have recommendations on how to get tickets since I'm not from the UK nor an Everton club member or something

Hi, Reguarding the stadium at Crystal Palace Park. Used to be used for Football matches back in the early 1900s hosted some FA cup games there, Used to be the main athletic stadium and Brazils 2012 Olympic team were based here. Recently was planned to be used for Crystal Palace FC the stadium would be built up but plans never went though Last year it was discovered to have asbestos but recently has been going under repairs and should set to open again for events soon.

Slight * on the football stadium part, the new stadium was built near by, it isn't the original stadium that was used for the fa cup games and international games I only know because I attended Capel Manor college which has a campus under the main stand in what was essentially the office spaces

sat in an awful seat tbf. i go palace home and away and i love our atmosphere. clubs gone a bit stale atm because of our losing streak but you should definitely revisit when we get a new manager and sit in better seats

if you ever come to Selhurst again and sit in that same section just bin it off and go find some empty seats closer to the pitch, always some available

Can't wait to see all of the global versions of them as we've been smashing the 10k likes on each one 🙌 Quick question, I've recently gotten into shirt collecting because of you (Mrs says thanks), but I'm struggling with what to look for to identify from real and fakes/remakes (besides the obvious and blatant signs of course like a scoredraw label etc). Any suggestions as just copped an 00/01 chelsea home from a charity shop for £9 but really can't tell! Keep up the great work!

Had to laugh when you were at Crystal Palace station, that's not even the 4th closest station to Selhurst Park... (Wimbledon supporter, spent much too much time at "home games" there...) ...I'm now in Australia, which makes me think... have you tried to go to the FURTHEST game from home (or the closest to the antipode of your home...)? Probably in New Zealand...

The front of the pack is not always good, theres a 30% chance (according to me) you get a golden baller in a normal pack, golden ballers, invincables, printed signature limited edition and real signature limited editions are the hardest to pack in normal panini adrenalyn xl packs, so don't always think you will get like a golden baller in the front of every pack

New to this channel rather like it

Next season spin a wheel on the FA cup for all teams in it from the start go to the game it lands on then go to the next round game of the winner and so on until you get to the final with who ever wins from the first round up if the team you're meant to go see in the final (the team that won the semis you watched) you have to do a forfeit of giving who ever you go to the games with money equivalent to the price of both the tickets

you should do this with the scottish football cards or just do a scottish lower league game too see the difference between the games

Best atmosphere in the Prem is Kenilworth Road and Luton Town. No doubt.

Golden Ballers are really rare the Haaland one is worth quite a bit, most go for £60+

palace fans are class i love going to matches at selhurst

I've collected them cards for ages and haven't packed haalland golden baller he is one of the rarest cards and Ellis opens 1 pack and he gets it 😮

Tbh I’ve always found Selhurst Park underwhelming. I dunno whether that’s because I’ve only visited as an away Leeds fan, and you don’t hear a right lot else when sat in a Leeds away end (or side as it is at Selhurst). It’s good, but not the best. And feel the majority of it is big flags and drums.
