Carlos, a master carpenter, studied in Linyi, Shandong. Because of his deep carpentry foundation, other has to study for two years, Carlos only learned full frame making in two days. There are many steps to make an erhu shelf, and it takes a whole day to make a shelf regardless of the time to wait for the glue to solidify.
The parts of the Erhu shelf are divided into four parts: the erhu body, the support, the ople, and the tuning shaft. The body takes the most time and will affect the sound of the erhu in the future. The pole must be straight and not bend a little. If the wood used is not dried, the pole will gradually bend after it is completed. The suppoprt mainly adds weight to the instrument. In addition to being beautiful, it must also be ergonomic and fit comfortably on the thigh. As for tuning shaft, there are hexagonal and threaded versions. If the holes match, the tuning will be ready.

Qual o valor desse estrumento hoje?
i am a beginner player and happen to be somewhat seasoned woodworker (hobby). I can't help but wonder if there are any missing fingers. All lot of the operation could be done safer. I do appreciate you show us the process. Thank you. Be safe.

I just work out one in China, there were not better machine for me to choose. Later, I made a lot with good machines in my Hong Kong workshop.

定工做，木架兩天完成，但蒙皮工作不多，卻要等最少兩星期
