Don’t use fabric softener for your towels it makes them crispy use distilled vinegar 😎

Not true. I use fabric conditioner/softener and my towels are always soft, even more soft if I tumble dry them on not to high heat.

Hey Emily - love the vlogs. The house is coming together so well. Regarding the cashmere jumper: spray bottle of water and fabric softener, spray and slowly pull the jumper back to shape and then hang to dry - I’ve had to use this trick many times 😂

Drying towels on drying rack or radiator will likely male them dry and like cardboard. Use clothes softener/conditioner but dry them in tumble drier but not on very high. Every single ones I ever bought always came nicer and so much softer. Check hardness of yr water. Or soak towels in bucket w clothes softener/conditioner, but do not rinse then do them on high spin in washing machine, then low heat tumble dryer...they should come out soft.

Emily that bedding is so pretty and looks perfect for the pink room, a little advice about the towels, when you wash them next put a scoop of bicarb soda in with your detergent then dry your towels in the dryer and over time they will become soft. I usually soak new towels and tea towels in cold water before washing them, always wash first time if their new same with new bedding. I Hope you and ur mum & Dad had a lovely time together. 💕💕

I know the feeling hun I've got two grandsons birthdays on Christmas day ( no not twins 3 years apart but are brothers ) so Its hard trying to sort birthday stuff as well as Christmas so it doesn't look like its just Christmas stuff....if that made any sense 🤔😂 but haven't watched your vlogs in awhile so been binge watching the house is beautiful 😍

Soak&Sleep have the best towels and pretty reasonably priced too! Super thick and fluffy. Lots of different colours and sizes too, probs nicer than the white company imo! Xxx

Might be an unpopular opinion: the light with no lamp shade looks nice !!! 😮 Something about it with the flowers and picnic baskets looks stylish! The room looks amazing!

Fabric softener is pretty much wax, so you need to tumble dry it with heat to make the towels fluffy and soft.

Emily have you tried the extremely Chocolately Chocolate orange m&s biscuits they are unreal as soon I seen them I thought of you. Hope you had a lovely time with your family ❤

I know you have arthritis but I laugh every time you say “London winter” or talk about how cold it is. It’s 1 degrees (-1 last night) in Aberdeen and I’m excited to go to London on Wednesday and for it to be normal jacket weather rather a massive coat hahah! I know we all feel the weather differently but it makes me laugh 🤣
