Straight up! I’m still watching and havnt spoiled it. This is a great finals matchup but I kinda wanted to keep watching Momo’s “Greek Freak” gameplay!

I feel all nice and cosy for some reason when I see a nicely designed base, protected by towers and houses, temples and armouries and stuff

Man I'm excited for this series

Honestly one of the great games by Ulysses. An absolute one-sided slaughter where, outside of trying to hold the Ancestors for too long, it's hard to even point out a mistake by Joe. Dominant.

Looks like Ulysses learned from his earlier Greek game, knowledge is power! That backline Oracle was really nice to see, and good monitoring of Joes options.

Good to see that cheap eggy ancestors eclipse lose. That's the only way you can beat them is early. If Ulysses had let up at all and Joe got that middle TC we know how it would have played out. Tower, merc spam, siege, osiris push. Unstoppable once set up.

Wait, spam priests, why? Is that a viable strategy? I haven't played the game for many many years, from someone looking from the outside, it seems very very shit to put priests vs military.

I am not quite understand Joe strad with priest, seige and myth push. Plus a few axe man.... hmmm.

Maybe wrong strat by Joe? I mean he made siege and had nothing to siege that would give him an advantage. He didnt even make a move to ulysses' main base. Still believe he is gonna win it all though. Even if ulysses is probably the strongest opponent he has faced so far

He also kept making priests instead of falling back a little, building a migdol with the pharaoh and trying to win in the lategame. Then again, giving Ulysses the victory with Oranos might not be a big deal because he would have gotten it anyway sooner or later
