I doubt it, the Boys loosely follows the comics GoT followed most of the book material. However, given that Ice and Fire's final book is not even out, the showrunners had no source material So they literally had to make shit up

There isn't an update on how this will end, its an update on the season 5 renewal.... there's nothing new here and your personal opinion doesn't count as news.

They might spin it to end like the comics. Homelander could die this season and then they use the next season to kill off ALL other sups with the 6th butcher killing the team
