@@benwasserman8223 didn't apply to batman. Joker and "Harley" were very clearly hit as you can see by how different they are, but Batman looks exactly as he should, and he is still allowed to be called Bruce Wayne

This series was great. I liked that they gave an origin story to batman and showed how he became who he is. It gave me Smallville vibes. Like showing how Superman became who he is

Gotham is amazing, such a underrated show, Bruno Heller did a amazing job with the show, the story, action, cast, music all top notch, it included so many characters from Batman lore that had never been seen in live action, Ben McKenzie nailed the role of young James Gordon, David Mazouz was the perfect choice for young Bruce, the cast as a whole was perfect, each episode was shot beautifully, you really got to connect with the characters in a way a two hour movie can never achieve, one of my all time favorite DC Comics tv shows, the closing credits theme makes me feel so nostalgic ❤

@@Chrissaiyanjojoknight I think they had an animated series. If it is a DCEU or CW thing then no. If it is as good as the Netflix daredevil, then yes. The CW stuff is worse than Gotham. Gotham was more about Cobblepot, Nygma and Gordon. Batman was not that much of a main character in the series. I have to be honest, at times Gotham really annoyed me as well. They took to long to build suspense that it got boring at times. If it is as good as the Netflix daredevil, then yes. None of that political bullcrap, none of that campy (in a bad way) DCEU awkwardness and idiocy and none of the Gotham-like delays and slight repetitiveness.

When the show began with its first season, they said that the final shot of this episode was to show Bruce putting on his bat suit. For 5 years, I pictured in my head adult Bruce seeing the bat signal through a window from Wayne Manor and then opening a secret door in the wall revealing his bat suit and then he puts it on, then cut to black. The shot of showing him on the rooftop is cool though... if only the suit was good.

This show will always be rewatched every few years!

I’ve watched since the beginning and I remember Ben McKenzie (Gordon in the show) after the first season had ended said that we would see Batman at the last second of the last episode, and I remember not believing him. It’s really cool that 4 years later that turned out to be true.

Everyone is talking crap about the bat suit... and they have every right. It's literally something a person would make for Comic Con. It's not professional at all. The thing is, FOX did want to use one of the actual suits Warner Bros. used for one of their Batman movies, but Warner Bros. would allow it. It infuriates me that Warner Bros. didn't allow them to use one suit. Even allow them to say "Batman" and "Joker" or allow Joker to have his green hair and so they made Jeremiah have that weird appearance. With this show becoming so popular, Warner Bros. should have gave their blessing. Mark Hamill even praised how Cameron portrayed Joker on the show. So why can't Warner Bros. allow Gotham to have something great from them? Smallville was allowed to use the actual suit from Superman Returns.

The funny thing is, they never showed Bruce in this episode, because they kept the same actor, and it was a 10 year time jump. So we just have to assume that Bruce Wayne is all grown up, and doesn't want to be in the public, but then when we see his face you lose that feeling.

You know what annoys me most about this finale episode of Gotham we didn’t see much of Bruce Wayne adult form and what he be like witty smart charming it would’ve made the finale better to see at the party talking with the guests and goes the bat cave suit up and then Alfred and Jim and Bullock would see up in the skylight saying who that a friend that how you do a perfect Batman ending to this show
