@@RomanvonUngernSternbergnrmfvus it drives me crazy to tell you the truth. How can someone who can make a combat veteran cry and smile remembering his dead friends, but can’t be picked up by a business to be be given the limelight and artistic freedom he deserves. If I had the money, I would swoop all these guys up. There is no reason for our societies to be in the place they are with people like this.

Wow, takes me back a month or so of binging on the 9th legion lore. An interesting take with Aston's transformation, reminds me of what happened to Mephiston and what he said during the Angels of Death short. He too had glowing red eyes and still had his sanity after enduring, succumbing, and recovering from the rage and thirst...but he also was never the same marine afterwards. Becoming the dark brooding angel that spoke with cryptic words and wielded horrific power beyond imagining. "Do you think that even the strength of Angels can save you? Do you think it saved Calistarius? Our gift is a curse...delayed. And nothing more. There is the blood...and there is nothing else." Nice work Vox and great writing Neal!

I don’t know if they have talked about it in a book yet but of all the books I have read they have never talked about succumbing to the rage willingly. They always talk about how it sneaks up on you and takes over in the end. It’s almost like he is upset from the moment he enters the room that he is about to become a monster on purpose with his own free will.

This blew me away. Avoiding the trappings of combat (which can be great, but usually destroys any of the macabre atmosphere in favour of action) by having all but the final shred of combat occur off-screen was a masterful stroke. The beginning part was dripping with characterisation too, and a sense of great respect towards a captured but still worthy opponent. Guess Furon was worthier than Kai imagined. Truly amazing, my compliments to the author. Voice acting was also on point as always.

I would not be surprised if everything you work on here gets some kind of official recognition from GW. We all make stories that add to the universe of 40k, this is a prime example of the beauty that fills our imaginations as we read the book, clip plastic, paint a world into reality, roll the dice of fate. Love your work.

You're Opus was “Servator” to me. I think about that story and the way it was narrated quite often. It really sums up 40k. This is sneaking up on that and I can't give more praise. Well done to you and the team… Thank you kind souls :) P.S I just noticed how many subs you have got in such a short amount of time. You must be very proud ❤️

As someone from the krumpin video would say "Holy emperor!" This story was golden as the angel himself. Props to the writer! props to you vox for the telling of it. And giving life in the voices of the loyalist and the traitors! Those three traitor guardmen? Was really enjoyable to listen to how they moved as a squad while chatting about while trying to find the lamanter. Sadly the famous lamenter being as unlucky as his chapter is know for being turned into an red thrist? Mad man no longer himself, left to roam and murder anyone he comes across. While you could see this as a win! the bad thing is that he is stuck on black legion cruiser and caught in a warp storm too so the chances of him making it out of there is none to minus none. Frankly these longer stories are an blast to listen to. though do take your time on them we don't want the great Vox caster to work himself tired. You got all the time you need, the quality you pump out is worth the wait. If somehow the writer sees this then i would hope he would write more from the traitor guardsmen perspective because them acting like guardsmen even though they turned to chaos really shines a light on the understanding that they aren't mad men but rather guardsmen who has a different color scheme and serves chaos or an war master. Would love to read/listen to more of your tales!

Man I sure do hope this interaction made it back to abby and the rest of the black legion. Because if they did, they might think twice about wiping out all of humanity. Might even turn back to loyalists. Because if this is what ONE lamenter can do when there's nothing else to cherish, an entire CHAPTER of these monsters could probably end the chaos gods themselves
