​@@theliterarymercenary1699Yeah man it was amazing and I had to listen to it back a few days later, and the best part was that I noticed new details when I did so. During my first listen I thought the young marine was accepting the brotherhood being offered up by the traitor because of how seemingly defeated his reactions were, they were docile, like an angry lion being petted to calm down. So to me, when the Rage of the Angel overcame him I was a little baffled as I thought he was considering turning. But then I listened again and by the Emperor, did the realisation hit me hard. Every "brother", every "cousin" and every back handed compliment the traitor provided was just flaming the fire of hatred in his heart. From saying how resilient his brothers were during their torture, to noting how well the blade he stole was crafted, ALL of it was pissing him off so bad that he had to sit back and hold back the Rage. Every docile like reaction wasn't him waining in his loyalty, it was the young Marine trying and eventually failing to stop everything from boiling over. That's why he started crying, he got so mad that tears started forming which is a genuine reaction, and that's when he jumps at him and tears his throat out. I don't know if any of this was what you intended lol but in any case, it was wonderfully written sir. Please tell me you're working on part 2

If you remember tyran touched one of the lamenters blood tears and then accidentally stuck his fingers in his wound. The reason he switched sides is cause he was also going through the red thirst/black rage
