Ending it is probably Ethan's way of protecting his mom. Donna just became a main character in internet drama because of TP and KS and he didn't want that for her. This was my favorite KZread series ever but I understand. Everything is gonna work out. Thanks again for the show

I agree that the world was such a different place, their little “sayings” when they were adults. I can’t believe that they are just in their 70s it feels like a new world.

This show reminded me how seriously important it is to continue to bond with my parents. Once I had my own kids, I’ve been focusing on them so much that I didn’t realise how important it was. I love it, they love it, please don’t end this show.

Your parents are so wise and Gary’s humor is everything , i’m gonna miss this feeling so much 😭💕

Donna is so humble. Her continually referring to Families as “your show”, or the Cameo requests as "your fans" to Ethan is so sweet.

I’m living for this ! Last episode and she finally used one of the phrases right ! I had to pause , rewind ,and show my husband lol such a memorable moment 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

She did it so effortlessly the last episode “touch the grass” never heard it but iconic of her

I’m so sad however I absolutely adored the 10 episodes! Gary and Donna are just the perfect couple! Donna is just a ray of sunshine and Gary is so hilarious, sarcastic and underrated. ;) I loved it! We will miss you! Peace and love. Smash that like button. 😁

Ending off with Donna kindly acknowledging the crew was great, such a full circle moment! It really needed to be said after everything that's happened.

I feel like this is ending because Ethan realized what it meant for his parents to be public figures after the Trisha drama and decided not to put that kind of stress on them, because let’s be honest they don’t need that kind of energy when they seemed to have a peaceful lowkey life before all this, really enjoyed it while it lasted, it’s been amazing to see how much the H3 podcast has grown 💕✨

I think so too. I mean, they bought the new decorations for the show just one episode ago, I'm sure it has to do something with Trisha shitting on Ethans' mom . Maybe its a coincidence (although there is no such thing as a coincidence) that he meanwhile got a new co-host but nonetheless i don't think it was planned for them to have 10 episodes only

I realized this, too, after my initial upset. Especially after seeing comments verbally abusing Donna, even here. With certain people targeting him, it is best to take them out of the line of fire.

Is this seriously ending? This is such a quality podcast, you can at least get 20 episodes. Come on Ethan!

I’m going to miss Donna and Ethan giving advice to their viewers 😭, it was my favorite segment. But I appreciate them deciding to end it on a high note, plus it’s protecting Ethan’s parents from the horrors of fame.

Donna is made for this job. She's a good entertainer, is able to build an audience and she never misses the chance to plug her cameo.

Donna and Gary were such a breathe of fresh air in the youtube podcast ecosystem. Nice to see a perspective that’s mostly detached from internet culture.

The families series was such a fresh breath of air especially after the frenemies fiasco and everything that happened with the drama... The pure soul of ethan s mom literally countered all the hate and drama. It was an amazing idea to do this series!

"We didnt eat tuna fish for a year cus they were throwing net over dolphins." I'm sorry to say Ethan but a psychopath wouldnt care the slightest about the dolpihins.

I would love a podcast where Donna talks about her life and gives advice to young people. She is such a gentle, admirable woman. Her perspective of things is just so interesting. I would definitely tune in to that.

Don't know, it was hard for a while, especially when some people obsessively hated Ethan, and still are You know who, right wing trolls, and k*em style community

I really enjoyed watching all these Families episodes. It was like hanging out with my best friend and their family ❤️

I'm watching families for the first time and I've absolutely loved it! You guys have brought so much joy to my drab and depressing work days. Alsssoooo I'm going to plant some milkweed for the butterflies so even a year later Donna is helping the monarchs!!

I am going to miss this. Especially Donna and her butterflies. She inspired me to make a segment about them for my school's Daily News Show. I am still currently working on it. I bought my own Monarch larvae and everything! I am still super excited though. I am hoping the other students help the butterflies, too. But I is high school so I doubt they care. I am also going to be a butterfly for Halloween, just thought I'd add that because it's fun. I'll miss Donna, and Gary, and this show in general. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!
