"That" is a Mauser C96; one of the first semi-automatic pistols ever produced. Manufactured in Germany 1896-1937.

I was going to say that! The famous Mauser "Broom-handle" pistol, the sidearm of choice for Nazi Germany during WW2 (1939-1945) As iconic to the German military as the Colt 1911 was to the U.S. military at that time.

Willis is much easier than Dahmer. The marks on Leeloo's wrist match pattern on the priest's robe; he recognises her by the pattern. I do wonder if the dog robots look like Leeloo inside their suits. Did Leeloo take a random jump off the building, or was she aiming at Corben? In a shot with the newly created moon and the old moon makes me wonder if the old moon was a previous iteration of the ultimate evil.

Leeloo dying would have been WRONG, because "the Fifth Element" is LOVE ... and you dont want love to die. Also: she is "perfect" and precisely what Corbyn was looking for. So if you want her to die you take out a major emotional payoff from the movie and you'd have to rewrite the plot/motivations a lot, which would have made it less fun. *LET THE HERO HAVE HIS REWARD ... or do you hate men out of principle?*
