Eight months later for this comment i have to vent that the Viera i was acquainted with was Tactics Advance and they were very expressive, so one can say i was a little disappointed with ff14s iteration. In contrast, Highlander ladies are super expressive for some reason.

Tactics Viera we great, I think they were very sold on how they were framed in FF11 with Fran and ran with that. Still it would be nice if they had more omph to their posture.

I will never understand anyone that puts femroe's so low. Maybe I am just crazy. They are the more attractive and sexiest race/gender combo to me. I installed knew I wanted to make one the moment I saw them. I actually thought I was picking the most popular pick when I first got into the game. Little did I see I was wrong. I just don't think people know how to design one. People say it's hard to design a sexy femroe but it was easy to me. My femroe gets hella compliments

@@SamTheLemonBoy You know, I did the same but I went and added a face scar and gave my Midlander Silver-white hair. Piss poor way of differentiating myself but I like silver hair. Then I wanted to go Au Ra. Because I started playing on Heavensward release and Au Ra was my very first template character I made on character creation, I dunno just seemed right. Now I'm in my own hell trying to figure out what to do with my character.

Offended or not as a viera player, I didn't pop all my defensives when watching this, so I'm good! Actually came here because I couldn't decide what to make as an alt (getting that rush of 'start all over again') 🤣

As a person that was every race possible already. I stick with Hyur Midlanders and noone can change my mind.!!! Also lets do a quick Tier list wowee: 1.Midlanders ofc 2.Buns (can we please use hats) 3. Roes yes siiiir (kinda hard to glam ngl) 4.Highlanders mhm 5. Aura and cats 6.Elezen would be higher if they didnt look so silly most of the time

As both a Roe Lass and a glam enthusiast I'd say the best approach for Roes is to account for their bulk. More casual/modern glams tend to look rough as do a lot of "sleek" outfits (like the Omega ones), but give them a good flowing dress/robe, some heavy plates, or a good old fashioned pirate outfit and you're pretty solid. Getting the pieces is probably the hardest part in my experience because a lot of their good looks are locked behind either master crafting, Eureka/Bozja stuff, or specific pieces in specific raid sets. One thing I think a lot of Roe players unintentionally do is screw up their color palette by not accounting for the color of their Roe's skin and/or hair. I've seen a handful of clashing colors (i.e bright orange with green skin looks gaudy usually) or just nothing really standing out (i.e dull whites on light grey skin). Obviously it's subjective but I might someday make something larger talking about this for all the races because I love how surprisingly deep getting a good glam is.

Im using fanta a lot back to back, but if anything mostly back to my Original appearance (Vie'ra) then back to my Favorite (FemRoe), and yes i dont have cute looking glam because my FemRoe XD

I’m a lalafell player and consider myself chaotic evil make of that what you will.

I tend to rotate between miqo, viera, and highlander. I also like to turn my characters into "dommy mommy" material and have an unhealthy aversion to wearing pants. I have very few glams with full-length pants. And even those are generally skin tight and leather.

"Oh, yeah and thighs." For the race literally referred to as Thighlander. 🤣 💀

As a Xaela Au Ra, face 3 enjoyer I approve of this tier list.

there's the difference. Sam only reviewed the stupid sunkitties and didn't review the objectively superior moonkitties with their gorgeous round eyes and actual fangs. Most people over look them, same as the Duskwights because they're not the default.
