I have been through this too... when i was fat my friends used to point me out a lot, my relatives pointed me out too, i even tried self harm, i even wanted to end my life, but i didnt, and now, when i am thin, i never met those friends again, my bff says she wants to be like me, i stopped talking to my school friends cause they never had the audacity to contact me, but the main thing is, when i was fat, my relatives pointed me out, and now when i am thin, my relatives again point me out, STOP BODY SHAMING WE ARE NOT YOUR PROPERTY

I consider myself “fat” and feel insecure and have severe anxiety over it... it is not a good feeling. All my friends are skinny and it makes me feel so sad. I feel like I just sit on the couch when all my friends are outside but over that pandemic my stomach fat has gone away a bit but my leg fat will not leave... I am doing ,y best but as a ten year old I should not worry but if I tell my parents I am nervous what they may do. If I EVER get bullied for who I am I will be telling a trusted adult and I will find a way to get them in trouble. Never feel bad about yourself it could be bad for your brain. I have thought about myself badly my whole life and it has hurt my brain. I think what hurt me most was I look at pictures of when I was little and I was SO skinny but I just got really fat. But I will work out and become skinny. And if people judge you for being who you are jokes on them because it does not matter your shape or size it matters your personality. Always be kind, true, and never judge people for who they are! Your Beautiful and be yourself! You are who you are. Don’t try to change. Like and comment for encouragement on me trying to loose wait and don’t hurt your brain or you will never fix it!
