@@aone7322 2 ayda 9 kilo verdim.sıkı diyet yapmadım ama dikkat ettim.
can you really lose weight by this if you do it everyday? i want to lose atleast a few pounds until the end of summer

Yes you can shed some pounds of fat but your diet should be nutrients dense as in eating clean plus exercise can help you lose some weight. Eat alot of vegetables,proteins, limit your sugar/ junk foods intake, drink alot of water 2 to 3liters a day and finally move around/ be physically active throughout the day

Yes of course you can and I'm sure you will! Eat healthy, move a lot (you can exercise, walk, run - whatever you like, it's important to have fun because sport is about loving your body) but don't forget to rest too. I wish you luck!!! ❤❤

Check it out 😊 I've been changing my thoughts to live a healthy life style a few weeks ago.. My Motivation right now is off the roof!
