What if their reverse trucks? Would it be any different or do they install the same way? (I'm a noob so sorry I don't know much about this..)

Wait but- those are reverse trucks, “Reverse King Pin” unless you’re talking about “Traditional King Pin” trucks which go on cruisers and skateboards, you can’t mount traditional king pin trucks to a drop through board
