I’m not a fan of crash videos, there are PLENTY of “slow flip” examples where people don’t land on their head/neck … on concrete 🙄🙄🙄

I thought # 1 Tip would be, practice in a proper setting- gym/ spotters, mats! Not outside on hard concrete. But that’s just me….

Who is the spotter he always has at comps and often training/ practice? She wears the big Sunny’s often at comps likely for lighting above blinding obstructing her stellar view and ability to assess his rotations and their viability of clean landing. She is impeccable. Love her
