Hi from Azerbaijan) this man from our country

I've watched other cooking shows and I see people that are stressed out trying to bust out food in busy high end places. Pissed off cooks. This man cooks in peace. He enjoys the work and his tea like someone who enjoys their meditation. No rush. No pressures. No clamour of kitchen chaos. Just the music of a clean mountain stream, fire, and nature all around him. Even taking time to give a snack to the dog. Is it me or is he happier when he cooks for the children? I appreciate the peace and am amazed at the "curious" ingredients he uses to make these dishes. Super!

I think everyone can agree that a dry red wine in fact would not be the most appropriate for the situation and the choice of using tea was perfect as it was presented in the video.

Se le llama queso de pata de baca . Pero cocinaba por la gran pobreza crío a sus hijos comiendo cabeza y patas . Un gran saludos de Uruguay 🇺🇾 😊

Вся моя родня все мои предки ели мясо причём каждый день и покинули этот мир, когда им было за 90 .....как ты думаешь, почему билл гейтс решил истребить крупный рогатый скот и запустить производство искусственного мяса ? Если бы от мяса люди гнили заживо, мировые правители не стали бы избавлять мир от коров и т.д....поверь ...вегетарианцы живут столько же, сколько и мясоеды.... Я очень редко употребляю мясо , просто потому что не люблю его особо .

Nice show, Sir. By cutting off the burnt skin you actually removed the best part of the meat. In Nigeria after burning off the fur we thoroughly scrub it with hard metal sponge instead before cutting the meat into pieces. It gives the final cooked meat a great aroma and texture like that of chicken gizzard. 💏 🇳🇬

It looks delicious, here in northern Mexico, we cook the head of beef in a hole in the ground, with which we put burning wood, then a grill, then a pot with the head, then we cover it with maguey leaves, and then paper of sheet on top of that cloth and then earth to finish with more burning wood, 6 hours of cooking, in the end you get beef barbecue, we eat it in tacos known as "Tacos de cabeza". great channel Grettings from Mexico.

Прошу вас заметить, хаш из говяжих голов не варится. Только из копыт и рубца (желудка) Всё остальное от лукавого.

Потому что я знаю. Тот суп - горячий холодец. Я был в Армении. Потому знаю, что хаш армянский готовится из копыт, что онзачает голяшки с копытами. Из Армении хаш распротранился по Всему Кавказу. А из каких частей говядыны там готовят, я не знаю. Но это аутенчиный продукт.

Yes, I do. I like all the bowls made of wood, the samowar, the knifes, the simple and natural way of cooking. The waterfall, the animals ...all is so noble and precious. The calmness and serenity.

This video reminded as my father (just passed away) made me clean same size head. I did not had a tourch to clean it so I used shishs instead....... made some fire and put about 10 shishs on it until they turned red. Then used them to burn hairs. it took me about 6 hours to clean that cow head. loots of time to think about sense of life for youngster, then you want to meet your friends actually......😊😊😊

If you're ever at a Mexican restaurant, it's called cabeza. It's really good.

I always seem to forget that meat was once alive. Videos like this remind me why I must respect my meals. It really connects the consept of the animal to the plate, which is so disconnected in my country that it is easy for me to forget. Thank you so much for your videos, and that soup looks delicious!
