I had the same question. options: melt some chocolate with a little water. Or mix unsweetened cocoa with a very small amount of milk or water, and sweeten to taste. Also would love to know size of pan. Off-shore recipes that use products standard in their country sometimes stump me.

@@ouahibavehibe1900 moi aussi. Plus if 1/4 of the dough covers the bottom of the pan, why do you need 3/4 for the top? It's important because it determines the thickness of the dough on both the top AND bottom.

it was 3/4 for the bottom, 1/4 for the top. she wrapped the smaller piece and set it aside. Would like to know the size of the piece for the bottom -- measurement of baking pan

Very common on youtube. "One egg"! "Two ingredients"! "Five minutes"! "My grandmother's secret whatever" No matter . Lots of them are great recipes

very good with apples, prepared in the same way. Doesn't need chocolate. A thin layer of vanilla sauce or custard works, but also not necessary/
