Sorry for my language but this is nonsense! $250 nothing special i see in that room. This kind of room in city like Addis Ababa, dar es salam, Nairobi…. It depends which season, but sometimes less than $50.

I think that is basically how things are with most hotels in the country. You pay a whole lot of $ for substandard services.
kinshasa is now an impressive city . it has got many sophisticated section . The current authorities are determined to catch up to other major cities in the continent . I hope they also build a brand new airport . !!!!

Hotels and restaurants in congo especially kinshasa are overrated and overpriced for nothing for real...leave alone the services that's a story for another day.

I disagree that restaurants are overrated. Some are excellent and server exceptional food. The only downside is the quality of the service most of the time
Pas terrible comme hôtel ! Les autres que tu as déjà montré sont largement mieux ! Je trouve les espaces de la chambre trop petit sans oublier la peinture avec des taches dans le hall d’entrée vraiment pas terrible ! A l’époque les joueurs de football dormait dans cette hôtel mais maintenant ils vont au Hilton heureusement !
