If anyone remembers the end of Dark Of The Moon, Optimus said "Days when our allies comes against us" which actually explains the whole Age Of Extinction thing. Besides, the humans (us) hated the Transformes since the first movie. SERIOUSLY! THE AUTOBOTS ARE GOOD GUYS!!!! Anyways, the reason why Micheal wanted to do this is because he wanted to make the movie more and more interesting. I pretty much think that everyone knows that. Anyways, let us all enjoy the the movie when it's released. :)

Yea but the government just sees it as them bringing their war to our planet megatron once told Optimus that he'll die with the humans they didn't have to level Chicago it was out of spite for the autobots choosing us over the survival of their race...and sadly yes they did save the world they should've rewarded as war heroes but at the same time thousands of innocent lives were taken that's how the government saw it humanity was punished for getting involved

I just love how Michael loves to wow us with amazing cinematography, badass fight scenes and great special effects but just make us all go "Huh?" with stupid as hell humans and the assumption that the audience cares about what the humans have to say (though Mark Whalberg is an awesome actor) But then, what kind of stupid logic is that? Decepticons are fking evil, so they hunt down the Autobots, enemy of the Decepticons and the only ally humanity has and rebuild Megatron as Galvatron. WHAT? REALLY? WHAT? Demonize the Autobots even though they lost 90% of their friends during the 3 movie long war? WHAT!

Well all we know so far is that galvatron will be a human built transformer (and human controlled), we don't even know if he is using megatron parts. Its understandable humans want to destroy the transformers even autobots. If a alien race destroyed a entire city we wouldn't care if they were evil or good in the end game we would hunt them down sooner or later. #Hailmegatron

scoobsterinc I disagree. I think it would make us want to advance our tech to defend ourselves against the Decepticons and we'd want the Autobots to help us do that. That way we could defend ourselves. Wave after wave of enemies attacking the planet and you think the world would want to destroy the only ones who have held them back? Who turns on their allies? That's right, cowards with no moral compass.

How about Obama campaigning for open internet, and than appointing a cable company lobbyist to head the FCC? Is that logical? The humans were quick to hunt down the Autobots because they knew they wouldn't harm humans but if they had been Megatron and his boys...there would be a lot more dead Soldiers

I guess it's for marketing purposes but I really get annoyed how no one ever calls them "Cybertronians" in these things.

Lockdown's human movement is due to iforgotthenametechnologu, but they get a guy to move and then paste the lockdown animation over it. This gives a much more lifelike feel.

It's funny how the humans were so quick to hunt the Autobots..and yet they sought help from a mercenary who was a transformer reminds me what Loki said to Thor "You must be truly desperate to come to me for help" OH not to mention Lockdown is an Ex Decepticon too
