It was really hard to know when things happened tbh. Especially since some clips are shown twice and I honestly thought the first clips were already after the orisa nerf since its been so long ago

Anyone else notice the most perfect shatter block at 6:10?? I had to rewatch it like 5 times and get a friend to see it to realize Cloudy blocked the shatter and it wasn't a weird bug with that doorway. You can't get a more perfect block than that, you don't even see the shield pull up on Cloudy's POV, you just barely see the button tap and the camera move for it with the shield taking damage. Absolutely insane, I aspire to be even a tenth of as good as Cloudy on Rein

I love how Orisa is one of the most hated character but they kept buffing her over and over again. she's not well designed for the game and should either be deleted or reworked again

While I agree she's definitely annoying and the buffs were excessive I feel like people need to stop saying what's "healthy" for the game, characters move in and out of meta a ton, I wouldn't call Reinhardt unhealthy for the game if he became hard meta for a bit he just needs to be toned down eventually

Honestly I think she just needs to be tweaked, move her away from being a stat check. One thing they could do to make her more fair to Rein without making her totally unplayable is to remove her critbox altogether and reduce her health. (Might not work, just an idea.)

​@@sebastianrodriguez8992 the thing is that before the nerf playing orisa vs orisa was a coin flip on whos team is better, a rein mirror or a rein meta in general requires the rein player to hit pins and know when to engage, the new orisa design was being a tier 3 torb turret inmune to cc and dmg with infinite range that the only requirements you need to play her were cycling 3 cooldowns that are horrible to play against as any character, not only rein, this has been better overall for tanks, now the second most annoying tank is dva, but at least dva cant stun you from 70 meters away and snipe you like widow, she has counter picks/ways to play around her, so is not as bad as before

i'm a zar main, so i know only a little about rein from what i've tried, but how would rein mains feel if they buffed firestrike to ignore damage reduction? giving rein two cd's to pacify DR (doom (block), orisa (fort), ram (big), ball, mauga (run), etc. i don't think any tank in the game should feel bullet proof in front of a rein

Just before the Orisa nerfs i played some QPs with a friend (don´t play ranked that often anymore but i´m around dia to low masters as support skill wise) and we had some really disturbing matches. When 1 of the tanks died once or twice in a row they didnt try to analyse what went wrong and what could be done better next fight, but instead just swaped to Orisa. Then the other Tank dies once or twice and also switches to Orisa. I don´t know why they don´t just play the tank they want to play and swap of almost immediately to Orisa because they got outplayed one,two maybe three times (it´s fucking QP after all). One other game they agreed in chat for Rein mirror on Kings Row, in my opinion one of the most fun maps to play Rein vs Rein. Enemy Rein got outplayed once and died a second time to a mistake he made. You can guess what happend next :D swap to Orisa, our Rein died the first time and also swaps Orisa. That behavior is just honorless especially in a QP when there is nothing to lose. Like Cloudy said, Orisa is just the devil of OW.

Legitimate question guys. How do u climb with rein when u face a bastion, cassidy, ana and either a hog/orisa? Everytime I play rein in comp the enemy team swaps after two team fights to a comp of some combination listed above. Also my supports are usually always either lifeweaver, mercy or moira in some combination. I haven’t lost a rein mirror but after like 3 team fight losses the enemy team switches up their team comp to counter me😢

Honestly that's just what playing rein is, if you start to dominate they go straight for the counter, just gotta learn how to play against the counters. Best tip I can give is play slower, play cover, try to bait out cool down, and just wait for opportunities to make plays

I still think orisa is good after the nerfs just not as dominate as before. But after she nerfed ive been seeing rein more and more

I think Orisa should be anchored unable to move in fortify. Make Orisa players have to learn cooldown management same goes for hog heals. This is a spicy take maybe.

Why hog heals?, hog is good against rein, but against any other tank he is horrible, not to mention that with the armor changes hog is gonna be a lot worse against many close range tanks, meanwhile rein would have a headshot dmg reduction and his armor now would be incredibly good against hog gun, tbh dva is far more annoying to deal with as rein than hog

@@germanluque9756 hog has 800hp and the most squishy one shot potential, if hog is the master of punishing positioning, it’s only right that he has to be punishable if he can’t position himself to heal. Also hog with damage reduction on heals plus headshot damage will make him insane i have no idea what ur on about. With a Kiri on him he will be unkillable + his ult deletes rien guaranteed every time.

@@Ayusshhh27the only good argument I’ve heard against 6v6 is Eskay’s argument that most multiplayer fps are 5v5 so esports facilities aren’t set up for 6v6 formats. There’s also the idea that if they switch back to 6v6 overwatch 2 is literally just the same game as overwatch 1, but the dev’s being unable to swallow their pride is hardly a good argument, just an explanation.
