They aren’t just any ole rock and that’s what makes them special. No two the same (generally) and they are the state gemstone of South Dakota. They are extreme hard to find, more so to find one of this quality and size. Some folks will search years and years but never run across a top shelf fairburn. There are fairburns that easily fetch thousands, and there are ones that only fetch a few bucks. There is a reason I made a channel based pretty much around them. Stay tuned! Never know what I’ll find next!

Also, if you are on Facebook and would like to learn a little bit more about these agates, there are a bunch of Facebook Fairburn agate groups, as well as a for sale page or two. Those can be fun to watch because you get to see what all kinds of Fairburn are going for.

Walk backwards., it will help your knee. I promise. Do like 1/4 of a block a few days, then 1/2 a block a few, up to a block.
