They go around and falsify evidence to suit their bosses' agenda to put innocent people behind bars - do you know how many victims of miscariage of justice are behind bars right now - the justice system, defense solicitors and barristers and the cops are all in it for quick buck at the expense of the freedoms of innocent individuals. Did you watch a series 'Showtrial" on BBC just recently it had a character "lady tease" whom the cops wanted put behind bars so deliberately while hiding evidence because lady tease was the perfect fitting target for the police to put behind bars just because she was a "lady tease"... So on this one: "What goes around comes around." Wannabe cops should think about the corruption which is going on in the UK police and about their own mental health because while corruption is ongoing within the police - the rich man's lackeys - there will be many more cops infected with mental illness and suffer the consequences. The police is Not a healthy work environment for anyone while it is corrupt to its core.

As a former cop I always had great respect for those who did full-on undercover work. Anyone in the police can put on civvies for a couple of hours or qualify to be plainclothes detective. To actually take on a new persona full-time in the company of dangerous criminals is a seriously difficult role with the chance of exposure always there. I never did it myself but can see the mental strength required. This guy says he did the same job for over two years. Imagine leaving your own life for two years to be in the company of serious criminals and maintaining your false name and avoiding bumping in to someone who knows your real identity and is unaware of the role you are immersed in.

Not to mention, in Afghanistan you aren't alone, you have your unit with you at the very least, if not more, as well as things like close air support. Undercover cops don't have the luxury of being able to call in an A-10 (The best, most survivable ground attack aircraft to ever take to the skies.) to strafe the enemy with a 20mm vulcan cannon, or with air-to-surface missiles and rockets, or to drop some bombs on the enemy. I'd definitely agree it's a lot more dangerous to be an undercover than it is to be in Afghanistan. There's also the fact that most criminals are more intelligent, and better shots than Haji is... unless were talking about African American gang bangers, who can't read, can't speak English, and who don't even know how to hold their firearms, and don't understand what the sights are, or how to use them... and who can't run away very well because they don't have the full range of motion in their legs since the waist of their pants is down at the knees, and they frequently trip over them. They're hardly more dangerous than Haji, but real organized crime, such as the Italian, or Jewish, or Russian mafia groups, and the Latin American Cartels, are far more dangerous to infiltrate than Haji is to fight on the battlefield.

Have lived there for a whle and the area is full of drug crime, and Woolwich Tunnels are often bottle neck places to catch them too, gateway to North Kent, police often do road checks etc. Druggies hang round the playgrounds and a few months I walked past a tent surrounded by police as someone had been stabbed. I spoke to a local and he said that few people call the police when something happens, for a variety of reasons, crime just gets worse here. It is a very anonymous place. It is also handy to the airports so a good escape route. Some police in the area have been known to do crash for crash time and were arrested. I used to enjoy my walks to the tunnel as it was so edgy. I had no problem with the police while I was there at all but you get bad apples everywhere, I think I know more bad apple vicars than the police.

The Prussian Probably not confidential, if it was prosecuted against it would've been very public news. I have a feeling that the corruption case was the reason he left the force, I reckon the case failed and he was exposed or something to that effect which forced him to leave and I also believe that the things he saw in that case, which (in my theory suggests was never prosecuted against) alongside his previous work took its toll on him and forced him into mental deterioration. Just a theory but I don't think it's classified
